David Bakewell (@davebakey) reported from Nunthorpe, England
@virginmedia @lostinpost DC - perhaps you or your manager should call the CS team on 789 as a mystery customer. You might begin to understand what a liability to the @virginmedia organisation they are.
-
freddie farkle (@Freddiefarkle) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England
@beardedian @virginmedia It is about time changes to package or cancel etc should be online
-
ALLAN HARPER (@glaswegian78) reported from Ingleby Barwick, England
******* bullshit when @virginmedia charge u “disconnection fees” they started at £181 then down to £59 because they can’t supply ur new build with their broadband,I’m not cancelling contract u are! sort this out instead of charging ur customers for ur supply issues #bullshit
-
freddie farkle (@Freddiefarkle) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England
@virginmedia I simply want to be able to reduce my cost substantially due to poor change in circumstances online rather than Face long long waiting to chat on a phone .. and online I can double check read anything that's been suggested before proceeding
-
freddie farkle (@Freddiefarkle) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England
@virginmedia Just seen this ..not really useful I and I suspect thousands of others just want to be able to downgrade or cancel online either by firm filling or live chat (or even quick response emails) .

Marcus Dempsey (@marcusdempsey) reported from Darlington, England
@virginmedia Another day another broadband outage. :(
-
Chris Renahan (@chrisrenahan) reported from Nunthorpe, England
On hold to @virginmedia for 15 minutes only to receive a recorded message to say they are too busy and to call back tomorrow morning. Customer service at its best!! 😡
-
Benjamin Clarkson (@Benjiffy) reported from Stainton and Thornton, England
So @virginmedia offer 3x the broadband speed for new customers for the same price I've paid for a year, but offer me the same bundle I've had for a year for £5 more, or an extra £23 for the new customer one. Next company to put fibre in my area has a new customer waiting.
-
Daniel Thompson (@Danielson_1991) reported from Hartlepool, England
@virginmedia Yeah, appears there's issues with all services until at least 1255 this afternoon
-

@RacingTV @EpsomRacecourse Would love to but you never do offers for virgin media and althyquality is good on phone/I-pad not the same as watching on tv. Please please do this on virgin media too 🙏🙏
-
David Bakewell (@davebakey) reported from Nunthorpe, England
@virginmedia @virginmedia JGS - You can do nothing. You have no access to my account as you often say. You will tell me to call CS on 789 and therein starts the problem. They offer service they can’t or won’t deliver. They are rude. Other than that, read my comments & tweets for detail.
-
SimonMorrisonPeacock (@simonmp68) reported from Thornaby-on-Tees, England
@virginmedia Both crap waste of a poll
-
tastyparmo (@tastyparmo) reported from Nunthorpe, England
@virginmedia very disappointed in the mobile outage today. I’ve actually got on with doing some work in the office instead of pissing about on my phone. It’s really not on.
-

-
Just Gill (@Formally_Gill) reported from New Marske, England
@virginmedia Complaint has been raised as the billing team is rude and I have been lied to. They have said I only get the credit if it is done online, this is not what I was told on the telephone. Misleading tactics used to sell! Not happy, if not resolved both accounts will be cancelled!
-
David Bakewell (@davebakey) reported from Nunthorpe, England
@UberGeekFanboy @virginmedia This must be the exception not the rule. My own experience is dreadful. Poor Cust service. Shameless hike in fees for no benefit. Several friends have had to leave as they didn’t get what they were promised. 3 words spring to mind. POT, KETTLE & BLACK.
-
Emma (@Emfozz) reported from Middlesbrough, England
@virginmedia I've already filled the form out online for a complaint

@virginmedia Are you kidding me! What's the point in having the WhatsApp service when apparently there is nothing that can be achieved on it! Can't speak to technical support, don't appear to get any support and was informed yesterday on WhatsApp by the way
-
Simon Austin (@sport_simon) reported
The @virginmedia strategy for retaining customers seems to be not to allow them to cancel. Can't cancel online/ via email & they don't answer phone (on hold for 1 hour plus a couple of times) Wrote a letter to address provided on their website and no response to that either.
-
Luke Quinn (@Quinnaay) reported
@virginmedia are the worst company in the world, Had issues for 6 months and the technical team can’t help and the complaints team just repeat the same copy and paste rubbish telling me to ring technical. How do I get through to a normal human??? #virginmedia
-
Natalie Hewing (@NatalieHewing) reported
