    @virginmedia No it wasn't. I want to do it when it's convenient for me not virgin media. Thanks for nothing..As well as expecting the customer to do all the work installing the equipment you making the decisions without consultation.Seriously thinking about my 14 day change of mind now.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately it's still not fixed. No TV and no Internet. Both keep dropping in and out intermittently. Which is better than zero service yesterday and I may finally finish that book on conscription I bought in Leeds earlier this year.

    @virginmedia I switched it off at the mains at 13:00. Still not working. Also received a vishing message from a fake VM account about these messages.

    @virginmedia They then said they would transfer me to the customer care team so I can raise a complaint. And instead of doing so, just hung up on me. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me about this as I am getting very closer to just cancelling service and going elsewhere

    @virginmedia I can but its hard as its intermittent so by the time i disconnect everything and get laptop its usually returned to normal. Thats why its been 5 days to report it... it happens longer sometimes but usually 10-15 minute every few hours. Your website site said intermittent signal?

    @virginmedia A technician turned up in the very last minute of 5hr window. Thankfully now have internet, but not impressed with @virginmedia customer service so far. When many ppl need wifi to WFH, manage heating, watch TV etc, 5 week wait doesn’t seem good enough

    @virginmedia is there any problems in the bl4 area for broadband? I've had no Internet since last Wednesday, I've had an engineer out today it was connected for 5 mins went off again and now have to wait longer for another technician, all around my area are working just mine off

    @virginmedia I have tried the customer line and all advice offered (turned on/off and tightened connections) but still have a hub with solid red and no Internet. Is there a live chat or way to talk to a technician? No faults locally according to the website
