    @virginmedia I cannot get help cancelling a package I did not want. I tried online & phone. 3 hrs to speak to someone. Transferred once. Second transfer cut off. Nobody phoned me back.

    @virginmedia I have spent 25 mins on the phone trying to change my package, I was being transferred to an account specialist and you have hung up on me, I suggest you now contact me before I cancel my entire package. Customer service is shocking.

    @TheOnlyElChazmo @maureenbo @virginmedia I got £50 for 8 weeks of crap internet at the start if the lockdown but I had to fight for it Best thing all Virgin customers can do is replace the Superhub 3.0, its even a crap doorstop, solved so many if my issues and now I actually have range on my WiFi

    @virginmedia absolute pathetic excuse of a mobile phone network, constantly missing important phone calls and being disconnected. Nowhere near as reliable as primary network EE. Not even worth the free unlimited sim card you’ve given me.

    If @virginmedia is having problems in my area shouldn’t they inform me? I had to call up to be told by an automated answering machine that my line is down due to a fault. I pay so much per month but they can’t text or email me saying my line is down. My renewal is in March 🤔

    @cirrius_tech @danjconn @virginmedia colleague had to literally set up his own line quality monitoring solution to prove to VM they had an issue. He had to provide logs, graphs, metrics of bandwidth and latency before they sent an engineer out - much less admitted fault. Absolute madness.

    @0Bfkx @danjconn @virginmedia Don’t doubt it - one time they wanted me to disconnect my HiveHub before they would help because “we don’t support 3rd routers”. It’s a bloody heating control unit. Nowadays I have their hub in modem mode and use my own WiFi gear - first thing they do is back to router mode.
