    @virginmedia It is a constant problem, mobile telephones say they are connected but arent, firesticks dip in and out, Alexa loses connection, ring door bell only 10ft away has very poor connection, it's been poor for a while each time I ring. I am told it will be fixed and it never is

    @virginmedia it’s slightly better now but these issues keep a curing now and then but nothing gets done about it I rang about a month ago with same problem so you’re team said they will give a reduction in my bill the following month but that never happened so I’m done with you.

    @virginmedia yet to be contacted regarding a complaint I made 2 weeks ago. Didn't get the he complaint reference because the women was rude, the second person I spoke to assured me it had been logged and to allow a few days for it to be looked into.

    @virginmedia Wired is fine. Wifi is fine but degrades on the first floor. Never used to be bad so wondering if faulty hub 3 or software change

    So my @virginmedia V6 box is sat with an orange light on and no apps work My broadband has gone off about 15 times in the last 2 weeks but the Service Status and online equipment check says everything is fine!!!! AGAIN!! #Rubbish

    @virginmedia I got through Ok! Problem is how long it takes to undertake what seems to be a very simple and straightforward task like removing a TIVO box from your package. You are also way too expensive will be looking at other options shortly 🤔

    @virginmedia Issues described nothing to do with my problem. TV goes off after 20 mins. Sound only. New HDMI lead did not solve problem was told to ring back just cannot get anyone to speak to. Can’t watch TV over a week now. Not good

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying for a week now to get an issue sorted with my TV. Keep getting cut off or not able to get through. Tried e-mail no reply I am now very unhappy,box keeps going sound only every 20 mins. Done all the checks says nothing wrong! Clearly!

    @virginmedia it’s a terrible state of affairs when you have to be told by an engineer there’s been an area fault for two weeks and you don’t know what is causing it or how to fix it.

    @virginmedia I have my own booster but it doesn’t matter the WiFi drops 5/6 times a day on all devices even if I’m 2 meters away. Explain how this is acceptable? It can’t be my house as I had virgin 2 years ago and no issue. I’m sat 2 meters away in front of hub!

    Is anyone else on @virginmedia having this problem: After a while, my wifi freezes on my computer but I switch to another laptop and it works fine. I thought this was a computer problem but it’s happened on both laptops since yesterday. And I’m going live on @JeremyVineOn5 😱

    @virginmedia well it still has similar speed to before (most of the time) but will drop dramatically very frequently causing online games to have huge speed up lag and making downloads much slower. prior to the new box, it was slightly faster and had no issues in consistency.

    @virginmedia speed isnt the issue, the consistency of the speed is the issue. it will be fine one moment then below 1 mb/s the next.

    @virginmedia Well yes as use put me on hold several times never stating it could be several hours before they answer again, if the device came on time on the scheduled date we wouldn’t have had this problem

    @virginmedia Also, I know you’ve done a big internal software update this weekend (our Virgin help desk guy couldn’t submit his timesheet!), this loss of help & poor comms could have been communicated to customers far, far better.
