    @virginmedia Yes , and it says no issues and then asks to check my equipment , this test says there is an issue with my equipment and I should check again in 24 hours so an engineer can be arranged . This has now been saying check back in an hour for the last two hours

    @PandOminous @virginmedia Same here also TS10, no communication from @virginmedia as to whether it's down to the issues in Roseberry Square, and 3 to 4 network vans at the box, a car went in to it apparently. Even just an eta of when service will be restored would help!

    2 calls on landline from Asia, using dummy UK phone numbers, pretending to be from Virgin Media, telling me of a problem with the security of my router. Neither liked it when I told them their mother and father would be deeply ashamed if they knew what their son was doing.

    @virginmedia JS, have you taken the time to read the thread through? It would appear not as your previous colleague intimated that you would be looking at auto-comp issue when I notified you that the issue had been resolved though you mentioned nothing about that.

    @virginmedia Thanks so much. Who should I ask for?! Current promise via Chat is a chq within 30 days. The problem with contacting Virgin Media by phone or online when you are a former customer chasing a refund is that it is difficult to get past your security checking if it's an old a/c.

    @virginmedia I can guarantee that I shall not be having another virgin connection. All aspects was terrible form connection to customer service. NEVER AGAIN. I’m happy to rip it out.

    @VirginMedia No response on X or WhatsApp after hours. Cannot get through by phone due to your system issue. This has left an elderly customer without TV all day. Completely unacceptable. If I don’t get a response shortly I will be making a formal complaint.

    @virginmedia hi can you please get back to me? been trying to get in touch about this for 2 weeks now and got charged a late payment fee, on top of this, the wifi connection has been really slow
