    Spend a fortune every month for @virginmedia tv and sky, BT sport and guess what somebody has sold most the games in December to amazon prime , absolutely disgraceful , thanks @virginmedia one unhappy customer. Leaving in the morning , you can count on it. What am I paying for!

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria I was told it would be delivered today. I got the yodel app, which has informed me its tomorrow. Not good, when I actually called up Virgin to cancel my contract. Its not the best way to keep a customer whose on the edge of leaving you.

    @virginmedia It’s not internet related. If it was the all my other devices would have an issue. Tried on numerous occasions to reset the router but it hasn’t fixed the problem. It’s going to need an engineer.

    @virginmedia Yes we try all the time we get told to go on the virgin app and scan for black spots our wifi is so bad the app takes ages then when we do get on the app it says poor connection we then were told about the super boosters you do but you have none available it’s so bad andfedup

    @bigchairbear @virginmedia @ItsJackLaws The majority is a case of you can’t be appalling all the time but when there’s a problem you really never fail to disappoint. I’d be embarrassed to work there having experienced the betrayal of customer loyalty you’ve displayed. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with!

    @virginmedia We were told by your third party contractor a few weeks ago that Virgin would be updating the communal IRS/Virgin media system in our building. We received no communication from you about when that would happen. The old system was shut down today with no warning

    @virginmedia I tried to raise a complaint over the phone, the manager put me through to a completely different department. I will be raising this complaint and raising it further also. I wasn’t treated like a customer, instead, I was told I was lying that I spoke to an agent previous.

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Terrible lot, cut you off randomly by mistake (christmas day) , price hikes year after year, customer service a joke, loyal customer for many years and now im been priced out , currently sitting with no contract as not 1 decent offer after years of services, time to jump ship.
