@TheOnlyElChazmo @maureenbo @virginmedia I got £50 for 8 weeks of crap internet at the start if the lockdown but I had to fight for it Best thing all Virgin customers can do is replace the Superhub 3.0, its even a crap doorstop, solved so many if my issues and now I actually have range on my WiFi

@virginmedia @grimegran #Stayconnected the biggest mystery to all Virgin media customers at the moment is how to stay connect to the router and the broadband! Stop promoting ads when your customer service is currently unable to accepts fault reports, 8.5 weeks and counting!

@virginmedia I cannot get help cancelling a package I did not want. I tried online & phone. 3 hrs to speak to someone. Transferred once. Second transfer cut off. Nobody phoned me back.

@virginmedia 12 days ago when the issue started on 3 February. Downtime was bad that day with some blips and slowdowns ever since. That is until today when it was another bad day of terrible service with very regular issues. All hardware in the home is fine. I suspect your network.

@virginmedia HomeHub 3 and it will randomly show the internet connection lights (up/down arrows). All cables are plugged in and the router hasn't randomly restarted (current uptime of 12 days when I tried restarting it a few times when this all began)
