    2 calls on landline from Asia, using dummy UK phone numbers, pretending to be from Virgin Media, telling me of a problem with the security of my router. Neither liked it when I told them their mother and father would be deeply ashamed if they knew what their son was doing.

    3 weeks and 2 engineers later and the broadband outage between the hours of 6 and 9 continues, absolute useless from @virginmedia next steps unless engineer 3 can fix this tomorrow is #ofcom and seeing if we can switch providers 👋

    @virginmedia I honestly can't deal with being passed around departments again. The problem is the WiFi is weak upstairs and I'm paying for a product thats not fit for service. You advertise intelligent pods to boost connections, all I want is to order one to resolve the issue.

    @virginmedia Checked l the internal cabling and all right etc so hopefully just a lose wire somewhere at the cabinet or something the engineer can easily fix. Is there any refund due to lack of service? I pay £67 a month. Can offset that against my mobile phone data

    @virginmedia Yes. I’ve been quite I’ll for some time and my finances are a bit of a mess after an account hack that is still being sorted out. I don’t know how much more I can take,stuck in house with nothing and been on chat for over an hour with little reply from anyone human please help

    @virginmedia It was working fine, then went off and came back but the hub was flashing green quite quickly. When it renegotiates it's usually slow and steady green flash but this was really quick

    @virginmedia My services are suspended. I am housebound,no tv no internet. I only ask for an extension to further my services for one week but company rules and non-existent customer service is really upsetting me. I’ve been a loyal customer and feel betrayed

    Our phone lines and internet are down at our Wakefield office at the moment due to a national Virgin media issue. We have been advised that this is trying to be rectified as soon as possible and when we have an update from them we will update our social media platforms.

    @virginmedia tried calling. After an hour waiting was cut off. Tried live chat. Twice I’ve been left unanswered after my chat being passed to a different team. Please sort this out otherwise I’m cancelling my service with yourself. Awful, frustrating experience.

    @virginmedia Originally 1Gig with 360 box and an o2 sim card (I didn’t want tv or sim) but was advised ‘we have to sell you these’ for £54. Order went wrong never processed then reverted me back to 500mb but signed me into new contract for a further 18 months which is incorrect….
