@TheOnlyElChazmo @maureenbo @virginmedia I got £50 for 8 weeks of crap internet at the start if the lockdown but I had to fight for it Best thing all Virgin customers can do is replace the Superhub 3.0, its even a crap doorstop, solved so many if my issues and now I actually have range on my WiFi

@virginmedia absolute pathetic excuse of a mobile phone network, constantly missing important phone calls and being disconnected. Nowhere near as reliable as primary network EE. Not even worth the free unlimited sim card you’ve given me.

@virginmedia I do. But status has never changed. I received a letter about 2/3 weeks ago asking me to call so that my matter could be resolved. But every time I call as asked I get cut off, or put through from one rep to another before being asked to wait or I’ll get a call back. Don’t happen
