@virginmedia No errors, never is, yet everyday at least once my net goes off, normally for 10 minutes sometimes for up to 4 or 5 hours, cant remember last time I made it 24 hours with no down time

Not a lover of call centres and thought that they didn't really offer any customer service of any real value, then you have the likes of @virginmedia and @Hermesparcels that seem to want to upset customers. That said, credit to @NespressoUK, was blown away with your service

@NathHawkeswood @virginmedia Twitter cant help, phoning cant speak to anyone, text service in an endless loop, chat service online is also an endless loop I need to speak with line faults and they aren't even an option on the automated phone service so I'm really screwed

Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

@virginmedia Let me ask, so you know how long the line is to speak to technical support? Have you tried using the text service and online chat? I have all at the same time and after 8 days I still hadn't spoke with anyone, you are unable to support your services

.@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

@virginmedia your customer service is shocking! I phoned advising of broadband issues to be met with denial and to be told that I wasn’t having any problems and that there were no indications of any issues at all. Without even a hint of irony that my call may be an indication!!!

Processing in this case being passing information to Yahoo search, and as that is based on Bing, on to Microsoft

Funny how when I’ve been put through to cancellations at @virginmedia TWICE after holding for ages .. it doesn’t connect to anything ... hey, we are leaving, and have a new service booked in. No wifi again all day until tomorrow.. & paying 3 figures a month!! *nah *on hold again
