    @virginmedia I’ve been trying for a week now to get an issue sorted with my TV. Keep getting cut off or not able to get through. Tried e-mail no reply I am now very unhappy,box keeps going sound only every 20 mins. Done all the checks says nothing wrong! Clearly!

    @DMcCSE17 @virginmedia All phone signal in London is terrible including public Wi-fi. I love when I come back to north east for a decent signal and decent Wi-fi speed :)

    @virginmedia yet to be contacted regarding a complaint I made 2 weeks ago. Didn't get the he complaint reference because the women was rude, the second person I spoke to assured me it had been logged and to allow a few days for it to be looked into.

    @virginmedia Absolute joke, basically been told to get stuffed because they have no evidence of the call and offered £10 after being patronised again. Want to cancel, can't unless I pay over £200. Ombudsman it is then.

    @bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

    @virginmedia Issues described nothing to do with my problem. TV goes off after 20 mins. Sound only. New HDMI lead did not solve problem was told to ring back just cannot get anyone to speak to. Can’t watch TV over a week now. Not good

    @virginmedia I asked for extension on bill on the 13th until the 27th, was told that was sorted, woke up this morning and been cut off, advisor told me the notes say I was told until the 21st which I wasnt & opened and closed my complaint because nothing else will be done

    @virginmedia It is a constant problem, mobile telephones say they are connected but arent, firesticks dip in and out, Alexa loses connection, ring door bell only 10ft away has very poor connection, it's been poor for a while each time I ring. I am told it will be fixed and it never is

    @virginmedia Complaint has been raised as the billing team is rude and I have been lied to. They have said I only get the credit if it is done online, this is not what I was told on the telephone. Misleading tactics used to sell! Not happy, if not resolved both accounts will be cancelled!

    @virginmedia I rang up and wasnt told the issue but instead told you don’t guarantee upload speeds, which no provider does but to receive less than a 1mb upload speed is ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend you guys to anyone

    @virginmedia If there was anything in my area causing the problems VirginMedia should be worried. everyday my internet is either slow, not working in certain rooms, or just completely cuts out! The speed is shocking. I am paying for a service that I’m not actually getting the full package!

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. I have been through all of the service status check my connection routes but there was nothing highlighted. I’m not picking up anything different from your link? The speed of my WiFi is slow and I have a constant green light middle on my router.

    @longleg90609414 @virginmedia My internet keeps going off so they sent a new hub out and was ok for a few weeks and now back to the same problem . For what I pay a month you’d expect decent services. Im trying to change to sky because they guarantee a connection in each room .
