I’ve tried god knows how many times and I just get a machine telling me you’re busy and that I “might like to call again later” every, single time. Your level of service is a joke.

I agreed a fix price and if that's not what I got then I have been lied too, which is a miss sale and the ombudsman will be contacted, again.
