@virginmedia I have been trying to get problem with my box sorted for 3 weeks now. Cuts out sound only. Still not sorted and all info followed. Gone beyond frustrated now simply unacceptable customer service I want to know where else I can complain to or where can get sorted

@virginmedia Tried this, 3 days to reply per message. Pathetic really, good customer service could compensate for poor phone service but I don’t get either. I get the VM sim for free with my package, I’d rather pay an extra £20 a month elsewhere to make sure I don’t miss important calls

@virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

@virginmedia your website will not let me into your account to do a speed test (our broad band is getting slower and slower). It won’t let me reset the password and instead gets stuck in a loop resetting the reset password- absolutely infuriating. Had this problem four years now!

@virginmedia Its only wifi thats affected, the hardwired devices are all running fine but anything we have connected via wifi seems to be losing connection, its odd because its displaying its got a wifi signal but the signal is unusable , its happening to my printer, mobiles & amazon sticks

@virginmedia Yip it tells me I'm lying. There's absolutely no point in your service being in my street as you cannot provide it. Ny both neighbours are virgin Media and are having to use boosters too. Along with neighbours across the road that said it's always this way
