    @virginmedia seriously, a price increase?! Only renewed my contract 2 months ago and for more than I've ever paid! Of course, no customer service available either. Ridiculous!

    @virginmedia So why do you not have a chat system? I work in a similar industry and we are able to help our customer through chat, phone, online, social media it’s crazy a company of the size of virgin media can’t accommodate us. Not having a go at you I’m just disappointed in the system

    @virginmedia change 2 fiber,its the next best thing.Well unfortunately since we have changed Internet 2 urself its been absolutely the worst decision made.Previous Internet with Vodafone no problem with kids playing their computer upstairs now im lucky is i get WiFi at all

    @virginmedia WiFi signal from hub3 is unreliable and I am by only in a1 bedroom bungalow, I never use the tvbox as all channels are rubbish and my mobile signal is disgraceful-virgin is worse decision i have ever made

    @virginmedia i was asked to upgrade as a valued customer, since upgrading my broadband is terrible we are all using 4g at home as connection is so poor. i have done all testing as directed from comp voice on phone and link sent to mobile. i pay for 3 virgin mobiles one now has no data

    @virginmedia Both, i currently have to work from home and my internet crashes all the time. i can’t get a signal in my bedroom which is the room directly above the box

    @virginmedia Ffs YOU try calling that number and tell me if you get through to somebody. I’ve tried god knows how many times and I just get a machine telling me you’re busy and that I “might like to call again later” every, single time. Your level of service is a joke.

    Virgin media internet is good, EVERY SINGLE other thing about them is ******* shite. Never understand the ***** on the phone takes, 3 hours to get through, website always down, make a payment page been broke for 5 years. ******* ****

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact your call centre for 15 minutes and I’ve tried all the options and I can’t get through to ANYONE!! I want to cancel my contract and it doesn’t give you the option online to do so!! Can someone cancel it from your social media team?

    @virginmedia Yes problems with wired devices as well, I have to turn the hub off then on again all the time even if I'm in the same room.

    @virginmedia I rang after the email and they assured me they have applied a discount and would stay the same price for my contract. I agreed a fix price and if that's not what I got then I have been lied too, which is a miss sale and the ombudsman will be contacted, again.

    @virginmedia I'll explain. You need the internet to be working to be able to look at links. No one can when your service is down. 'Intermittent' connection has gone on for months. I reported it. You texted me it was fixed. I'm saying it's not. And it's not just me.

    @virginmedia But… when I received an email about my new package, the pod was not on there. So I was lied to by customer service. Hopefully the conversation was recorded, as I feel they were rude and uncompromising. Reminder,The booster I had almost burned my house down.

    @virginmedia Recently I upgraded my package TV & internet. I’ve since had no Netflix for the past few weeks and the new hub isn’t working correctly. A complaint was logged incorrectly I’ve now been told. Which isn’t my fault 1/2
