    @TheOnlyElChazmo @maureenbo @virginmedia I got £50 for 8 weeks of crap internet at the start if the lockdown but I had to fight for it Best thing all Virgin customers can do is replace the Superhub 3.0, its even a crap doorstop, solved so many if my issues and now I actually have range on my WiFi

    @virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!

    @virginmedia Putting our installation issues to one side. We initially wanted our old home number kept when we joined. Long story short... I have tried 3 times now, each one assured me it will be done, it hadn't, now on my last attempt, got the number but now can't ring home it's dead.

    @virginmedia I have no idea if they were in management positions. Considering Virgin sets out to provide ‘the best customer service’ this hasn’t been the case. Especially being held to randsom to stay. Or having to pay estimate £270 on a 2 months moot contract to leave, after 15yrs is absurd.

    @virginmedia I've raised multiple complaints and it's been going on since last august I believed it was a fake email as we joined sky due to the awful service

    Tip: stay away from @virginmedia. Have been calling everyday for 2 weeks to get my service fixed and every time they say: engineers are working in your area, the issue will be fixed by tomorrow. This never happens. The worst service ever!

    @DeanAyass @virginmedia Think you need to cancel go to someone else. Their TV service isn't much better. I have to record everything as demand services cut out 5 minutes into viewing it's simply not good enough.
