@PandOminous @virginmedia Same here also TS10, no communication from @virginmedia as to whether it's down to the issues in Roseberry Square, and 3 to 4 network vans at the box, a car went in to it apparently. Even just an eta of when service will be restored would help!

@virginmedia Ok. I clicked on a link which advises that the problem will hopefully by fixed by 8.40 tonight. Hardly satisfactory but at least it’s better than knowing nothing. Thanks for your help.

@virginmedia Unfortunately it's still not fixed. No TV and no Internet. Both keep dropping in and out intermittently. Which is better than zero service yesterday and I may finally finish that book on conscription I bought in Leeds earlier this year.

Every single championship midweek fixtures, there’s always an issue with the red button. They either forget to turn the game on or instead they’ve now managed to put the wrong commentary on. Sort it out @virginmedia @SkyFootball. Wrong commentary on the Boro game

Our broadband in TS10 has been down all day, the status page says no issues, but self test says there is no connection @virginmedia - is this related to the issues at Roseberry Square, Redcar, and when will it be resolved. So far no communication from you!

@virginmedia Hi been a virgin media customer for around a year and live in a ground floor 1 bed flat, can’t get good WiFi at back of house and it’s only 15 metres away so can’t use WiFi in bedroom it keeps cutting out with dreaded revolving circle. Help!

@virginmedia Do not use this provider, absolutely useless, no loyalty to customers who have been with them for years, 5 calls to sort out a new plan and nothing, sign with someone else and cancel plan (110 pm) offered new plan at £84 a month still said no now been offered £53.50 pm.
