    @virginmedia can you confirm your sky sports red button will be working tonight for the Boro match as there is always problems with it, as if it’s not I’ll purchase the match with a different provider instead. Plenty of notice here for an 19:45 kick off

    @SimonMarksFSN Ironically it's the only streaming service of the latest to launch I considered subscribing to here in the UK because CNN removed itself from Sky and Virgin Media when Warner announced its own streaming platform. I hope it now comes back, although it never left LG's WebOS IPTV.

    @virginmedia Wireless mainly, even though the device is right next to the router. This is the 3rd day in a row - never had this problem in the 10yr of been a customer

    @virginmedia Yes , and it says no issues and then asks to check my equipment , this test says there is an issue with my equipment and I should check again in 24 hours so an engineer can be arranged . This has now been saying check back in an hour for the last two hours

    @virginmedia The engineer was an hour late for the arranged appointment. He was booked for a 13:00-18:00 slot but didn’t arrive until 18:50. The issue is with no Wi-Fi upstairs only in the immediate room where the router is!

    @virginmedia Ramon can't tell me that there's NO evidence because @Virgin remove recorded conversations after 6 mths. That's not my problem & a High Court Judge WILL agree with me that a Contract WAS made & @virgin should have made REASONABLE means2 gain access2 that agreement if deleting.

    @virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

    @virginmedia 2, by support staff to do a complaint & someone would call back within 72 hours. No one called. I put in a request to talk to a manager.. was told they would call back within we hours. No one called. Called again today was told I can’t have an appt until mid feb but
