@virginmedia can you confirm your sky sports red button will be working tonight for the Boro match as there is always problems with it, as if it’s not I’ll purchase the match with a different provider instead. Plenty of notice here for an 19:45 kick off

@virginmedia so trying to get an engineer to fix my 1gb internet after days of it running at sub 200mb and disconnecting at midnight it’s now been off for over a day . I just kept being told try again in one hour

@virginmedia Yes , and it says no issues and then asks to check my equipment , this test says there is an issue with my equipment and I should check again in 24 hours so an engineer can be arranged . This has now been saying check back in an hour for the last two hours

@virginmedia Thanks, do you have an ETA of when you’re issue will be resolved? Many of us could of purchased this game with a different streaming service if we knew you would be having the same issues with red button as per usual

@virginmedia My services are suspended. I am housebound,no tv no internet. I only ask for an extension to further my services for one week but company rules and non-existent customer service is really upsetting me. I’ve been a loyal customer and feel betrayed

@virginmedia Yes. I’ve been quite I’ll for some time and my finances are a bit of a mess after an account hack that is still being sorted out. I don’t know how much more I can take,stuck in house with nothing and been on chat for over an hour with little reply from anyone human please help

@virginmedia It was working fine, then went off and came back but the hub was flashing green quite quickly. When it renegotiates it's usually slow and steady green flash but this was really quick

@virginmedia I don’t use a wired connection. I called customer service and it said any issues should be fixed by 9am, although online diagnostics is showing no issues in my area? E8 London. Still nothing with multiple hard resets…
