    On hold to @virginmedia for 15 minutes only to receive a recorded message to say they are too busy and to call back tomorrow morning. Customer service at its best!! 😡

    @virginmedia It is a constant problem, mobile telephones say they are connected but arent, firesticks dip in and out, Alexa loses connection, ring door bell only 10ft away has very poor connection, it's been poor for a while each time I ring. I am told it will be fixed and it never is

    @virginmedia Just seen this ..not really useful I and I suspect thousands of others just want to be able to downgrade or cancel online either by firm filling or live chat (or even quick response emails) .

    @GameOver0197 @virginmedia @bt_uk This must be the exception not the rule. My own experience is dreadful. Poor Cust service. Shameless hike in fees for no benefit. Several friends have had to leave as they didn’t get what they were promised. 3 words spring to mind. POT, KETTLE & BLACK.

    @virginmedia I asked for extension on bill on the 13th until the 27th, was told that was sorted, woke up this morning and been cut off, advisor told me the notes say I was told until the 21st which I wasnt & opened and closed my complaint because nothing else will be done

    @virginmedia I simply want to be able to reduce my cost substantially due to poor change in circumstances online rather than Face long long waiting to chat on a phone .. and online I can double check read anything that's been suggested before proceeding

    @virginmedia Complaint has been raised as the billing team is rude and I have been lied to. They have said I only get the credit if it is done online, this is not what I was told on the telephone. Misleading tactics used to sell! Not happy, if not resolved both accounts will be cancelled!

    So @virginmedia offer 3x the broadband speed for new customers for the same price I've paid for a year, but offer me the same bundle I've had for a year for £5 more, or an extra £23 for the new customer one. Next company to put fibre in my area has a new customer waiting.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia JGS - You can do nothing. You have no access to my account as you often say. You will tell me to call CS on 789 and therein starts the problem. They offer service they can’t or won’t deliver. They are rude. Other than that, read my comments & tweets for detail.

    @bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

    @virginmedia The saga continues I have received an email regarding the cancellation but why are we still being subjected to high pressure sales calls? This is unacceptable, under Uk contract law cancelling an out of time contract is a customer right - this behaviour is appalling!

    @virginmedia not had our tv service for a month. Booked an engineer and took time away from work to wait for them today (4pm-7pm) and hasn’t turned up. Tried to call customer service and was disconnected. Really not great, Virgin.

    @virginmedia Our internet service is diabolical, our catch up and on demand isn’t available on out tv box, there is no tv listings, our password on the is not entering, tries to re-set which is impossible, been trying to call and been on hold for 45mins
