    @virginmedia Checked l the internal cabling and all right etc so hopefully just a lose wire somewhere at the cabinet or something the engineer can easily fix. Is there any refund due to lack of service? I pay £67 a month. Can offset that against my mobile phone data

    3 weeks and 2 engineers later and the broadband outage between the hours of 6 and 9 continues, absolute useless from @virginmedia next steps unless engineer 3 can fix this tomorrow is #ofcom and seeing if we can switch providers 👋

    @virginmedia I honestly can't deal with being passed around departments again. The problem is the WiFi is weak upstairs and I'm paying for a product thats not fit for service. You advertise intelligent pods to boost connections, all I want is to order one to resolve the issue.

    @virginmedia I've done this many times previously and does nothing, the most recent request to switch it from modem mode is so you would process my complaint with ofcom which in turn means I'm without WiFi for 30 days unless standing on the "superhub"

    @virginmedia so trying to get an engineer to fix my 1gb internet after days of it running at sub 200mb and disconnecting at midnight it’s now been off for over a day . I just kept being told try again in one hour

    @virginmedia It was working fine, then went off and came back but the hub was flashing green quite quickly. When it renegotiates it's usually slow and steady green flash but this was really quick

    @virginmedia It's a waste of time tbh, all they do is insist I take the hub out of modem mode and when they do eventually agree you are rubbish and put me through to line faults they either just hang up or the battery on my phone dies

    @virginmedia You can get 650 MB speeds into my house via fibre to the house but your wifi router slows the speed down to 160MBps, do you not use intelligent wifi, or is this too expensive. Wifes phone gets better signals than this with 5G not with @VMO2News

    @virginmedia I’m so tired of waiting for VM to get our email account sorted out. We are still unable to access the emails. I just don’t understand how you can consider this an efficient service. Thankfully I am with Yahoo and I don’t get these regular faults.

    @virginmedia Unbelievably I still haven't had this issue rectified and am now getting constant demands for payment, yet the people who call me aren't able to comment on the contract cancellation issue and just tell me 'someone will be in touch' within 7-10 days but it's now OVER A MONTH LATER
