    So my @virginmedia V6 box is sat with an orange light on and no apps work My broadband has gone off about 15 times in the last 2 weeks but the Service Status and online equipment check says everything is fine!!!! AGAIN!! #Rubbish

    @virginmedia I got through Ok! Problem is how long it takes to undertake what seems to be a very simple and straightforward task like removing a TIVO box from your package. You are also way too expensive will be looking at other options shortly 🤔

    @virginmedia It was WiFi only, service status wasn't showing any issue, as mentioned, it has appeared to of resolved itself now.

    @virginmedia Wired is fine. Wifi is fine but degrades on the first floor. Never used to be bad so wondering if faulty hub 3 or software change

    So @virginmedia offer 3x the broadband speed for new customers for the same price I've paid for a year, but offer me the same bundle I've had for a year for £5 more, or an extra £23 for the new customer one. Next company to put fibre in my area has a new customer waiting.

    @virginmedia I asked for extension on bill on the 13th until the 27th, was told that was sorted, woke up this morning and been cut off, advisor told me the notes say I was told until the 21st which I wasnt & opened and closed my complaint because nothing else will be done

    @virginmedia it’s a terrible state of affairs when you have to be told by an engineer there’s been an area fault for two weeks and you don’t know what is causing it or how to fix it.

    @virginmedia yet to be contacted regarding a complaint I made 2 weeks ago. Didn't get the he complaint reference because the women was rude, the second person I spoke to assured me it had been logged and to allow a few days for it to be looked into.

    @virginmedia Complaint has been raised as the billing team is rude and I have been lied to. They have said I only get the credit if it is done online, this is not what I was told on the telephone. Misleading tactics used to sell! Not happy, if not resolved both accounts will be cancelled!

    @virginmedia Honestly, the level of service is shocking and you have the nerve to raise prices by almost 26% mid contract. If the service was stellar it would be easier to stomach but you can't even give an ETA on when you expect services to be back up.

    @virginmedia No TV services for over 3.5weeks and intermittent internet/phone services & to be told it will take 2 months to resolve. I expect nothing less from such a terrible provider. Been told I will only be entitled to compensation after my services have been restored absolute joke!

    @wavemobileuk @virginmedia I shall certainly be leaving. Terrible service. Mine went 1am. I was working. They should be forced to pay us all back a month's subs. No mention on BBC tv through the night. Awful awful awful.

    My internet, tv, and mobile phone is with @virginmedia. The outage last night rendered me entirely uncontactable, and I missed an important overseas phone call due to your full company operations collapsing for 3 hours straight. Unacceptable. I would like to discuss cancelling.

    @rwilliams1947 @virginmedia They are dreadful. Wanted to increase fee from £82 to £95 a month. Prrssed 4 to leave and an stomatic message said £88. Said I'm leaving was finally offered £75. Left and had a call offering £61. Meanwhile fast reliable broadband is intermittent. Shocking way to treat customers
