  • natsc0tt N A T A L I E👼🏼 (@natsc0tt) reported from Cheltenham, England

Call me a Karen but lol imagine paying £80 a month to be getting 1mb of internet and you can barely contact them and when you do they hang up on you🥴 #virginmedia @virginmedia is a piece of utter **** and is a disgrace of a company😤

  • markbritnell Mark Britnell (@markbritnell) reported from Richmond, England

@virginmedia I have. How do you expect me to work today & tomorrow if the engineer can only come on Tuesday evening? And why doesn’t your customer service centre pick up the calls? I spent about 3 hours yesterday trying to self-diagnose the problem and waiting for someone to pick up the phone

  • natsc0tt N A T A L I E👼🏼 (@natsc0tt) reported from Cheltenham, England

@virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

  • onemistert Mr T (@onemistert) reported from London, England

@jayrayner1 @virginmedia If the service isn’t down in the area then the fault could simply be resolved by restarting the hub. I guess you’ve done that already?

  • _DougClark Doug Clark (@_DougClark) reported from Halifax, England

@virginmedia When I do the service/equipment diagnostic check - it confirms it’s not my equipment and says it is an intermittent issue affecting customers in my area - and that you are working on it? But it hasn’t got better.

  • Conor1971 Sam “Ace” Rothstein 🇪🇺 (@Conor1971) reported from Dunmurry, Northern Ireland

@martinmcnally53 @virginmedia I’ve been with @virginmedia for nearly 15 years but will be changing at the end of the contract time in March. Terrible service. Basically taking money for nothing

  • LisaVin74208006 Lisa Vincent (@LisaVin74208006) reported from Madeley, England

@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

  • sioden Sioned Wyn 💛 (@sioden) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia I’m trying to return equipment to you. I’ve filled out the form you sent to me twice and twice I’ve had an email and text to say that my return package has been sent to me. But I’ve never received it. Is there a problem with the service?
