@virginmedia we are having severe broadband issues in Darlington area this weekend. I'm in DL3 9 area. Other postcodes DL1 as well having issues. Logged with faults and advised it would be sorted 10.10pm yesterday. STILL off this morning and no texts. Please advise.

@mouthwaite @virginmedia As a @SkyUK VIP Diamond customer I could set up an introduction. We’d both get a £75 pre paid card. I have their Superfast BB, along with a tic toc obsessed Wife, Minecraft/FaceTiming 10yr and WiFi draining 15 yr old. No issues at all. X
