    @virginmedia I’m the home owner Beryl Hankin, and was told the phone number would stay the same when I changed. I queried this with the Virgin engineer who rang Virgin and assured me it was in hand. That was weeks ago but it never happened.

    @virginmedia The number I wanted to retain is at my private address not my work address which is shown on this Twitter account. I doubt the number is still live with BT and I feel let down.

    @virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

    @virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

    @SimonMarksFSN Ironically it's the only streaming service of the latest to launch I considered subscribing to here in the UK because CNN removed itself from Sky and Virgin Media when Warner announced its own streaming platform. I hope it now comes back, although it never left LG's WebOS IPTV.

    @virginmedia I nearly left Virgin a few weeks ago and once again, I have no Internet. I'm always being told that the problem will be dealt with but it isn't. I'm also told that there are no outages when there clearly are outages. Why? Can't Virgin do anything right?

    @virginmedia Hi, I did try the phone number yesterday and was told it would be resolved by today 12pm. It’s still not fixed and now the resolution date has changed to tomorrow. Is there anyway of finding out what is going on?? The line has been down for 40 hours now and WFH is impossible

    @virginmedia How is £38 a month difference between a new customer over existing in line with Industry standards it's plain and simple robbery. Which is £684 more than new customer over 18 months. Loyal customer mean nothing.
