@virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!

@virginmedia we are having severe broadband issues in Darlington area this weekend. I'm in DL3 9 area. Other postcodes DL1 as well having issues. Logged with faults and advised it would be sorted 10.10pm yesterday. STILL off this morning and no texts. Please advise.

@virginmedia your website will not let me into your account to do a speed test (our broad band is getting slower and slower). It won’t let me reset the password and instead gets stuck in a loop resetting the reset password- absolutely infuriating. Had this problem four years now!

After years with @virginmedia their broadband has become unusable. So when @ThreeUK gets their 5G broadband up to speed, I will be forced to switch to them. I suspect many will do the same with all the current service providers. It can't come soon enough.

@virginmedia In the email it said that the amount due has not been paid. I was late paying my July bill, which I paid on August 1st. I was apparently late on my august bill, even though you guys never attempted to take the money, presumably because the direct debit had been cancelled.

@virginmedia Track your complaint shows nothing. I also know that if I contact ofcom without a deadlock letter they will refer it to virgin to resolve & track it from there so as least I will be able to register the complaint & they will look into your complaint process which isn’t working
