    .@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

    @virginmedia So because the fault is intermittent and not consistent customer services are willing to do nothing. So I'm having drop in service between 12 to 22 times a day and nothing can be done 👍🏼

    @virginmedia Yeah usual virgin customer service...... still waiting on that call........ gave up waiting so contact is now cancelled - never again will i be with virgin. Customer lost forever. Absolutely useless customer service and an embarrassment to what should be a fantastic company
