@cyclingbetting @virginmedia Had a similar issue before Christmas. One of their engineers came out, changed router cable and some settings on router. Works champion now

@virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

@virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

@virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

Been in my new house 13 day and for the third time tomorrow I have a @virginmedia technician coming out to 'fix' my wifi. Fingers crossed this one actually takes and it's third time's the charm

@virginmedia Trying to get in touch with the uk Virgin service that I still want to report a server fault because I getting no new message despite I ran 5 test e-mail that it’s did send successfully & I getting nothing no downloaded new message as it’s had not been undelivered at all. Fault?

@virginmedia It's the continued problems that annoy me. Down again now, third time this Easter Weekend. Yes it's showing as down on your dashboard. I always check & flag it when I (also) have a problem. Getting worse all the time. Beyond a joke.

@virginmedia still having Internet issues. I was told i need to purchase boosters although it is the the network issue. very sad. I need the name of the ombudsman so that I could make a proper complaint as my complaint with virgin has been closed (not sure why)

@virginmedia I switched Childsafe off but Twitter videos are still not working. I don't have Virgin mobile but the family member who does says videos aren't working. It's getting really annoying now as Virgin Media aren't giving any explanation or when the issue will resolve.
