@virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

@virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

@virginmedia I’m the home owner Beryl Hankin, and was told the phone number would stay the same when I changed. I queried this with the Virgin engineer who rang Virgin and assured me it was in hand. That was weeks ago but it never happened.

@virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

@virginmedia Trying to get in touch with the uk Virgin service that I still want to report a server fault because I getting no new message despite I ran 5 test e-mail that it’s did send successfully & I getting nothing no downloaded new message as it’s had not been undelivered at all. Fault?

@virginmedia Good morning, When we rang to take your TV service (already have phone and broadband) we arranged on 28/11 and confirmed the date 11/12. We then rang again on Wednesday 9/12 to check installation date and the agent confirmed 11/12. Really angry as my wife took leave from work.
