    .@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

    @virginmedia Ah, so I do have to wait a week to get my broadband service back then! I was tantalisingly close to being able to do my job! Will have to inform my employers I guess!

    @virginmedia No. I’ve been in contact and I was supposed to receive a phone call within 4 hours. This was 6 hours ago. Very poor service

    @virginmedia In which looking deeper into the matter alot lof people are saying the same think since they have moved to virgin media its shocking the lies you have informed customers that you will never have issues with WiFi speed having fiber utter rubbish

    No company will ever be as inept as @virginmedia: - Phone lines: wait for hours, can't speak to anyone - Message service on app down for two weeks - Text service: messaged Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues; still no reply

    Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

    @virginmedia is a joke had a issue with my internet box for weeks and nothing resolves it and I try to call them and never get a hold of them. Pisstake

    @virginmedia No. Was told that they would be closing my complaint as they couldnt keep complaints open. Questioned this, manager then confirmed it. Paying for a TV package and not getting the TV box, who would agree to that resolution?

    @virginmedia i already see complaints there with zero resolution. again the best response is "there's currently an outage and it'll be fixed by 22:00" but there's no detail of the root cause or any acknowledgement of an ongoing systemic issue in the area.

    @virginmedia Only have broadband service with virgin. Hub3 with 1 single white light showing. Wired connections on 2 different consoles. 110mbps down 10mbps up. Lag spikes, rubber banding on different games on different consoles.

    @virginmedia As predicted no success with virgin media again today even after promising to contact me if you get this issue resolved. Turns out this company cannot cancel a contract with them.Let media company is also unable to talk to their customers successfully

    @virginmedia Again… showing your shocking standards of customer service. Won’t deal with my complaint and would rather me take it higher. AND I have now just received an email stating with complaint is RESOLVED when it is NOT!!! No manager call as promised. Disgusting. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I don't think this would have helped. I eventually found the problem listed on service status as a known outage. It was working yesterday, broken again today. Very tiresome.
