Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

Liverpool fan, but he was excellent. The 5 1/2 of previous calls wasted. No sport for a 4 day weekend

Several official complaints and a written one to head office only resulted in 'we tried to contact you without success so have closed the complaint'. Out of contract = No VM number!
