    @virginmedia I honestly can't deal with being passed around departments again. The problem is the WiFi is weak upstairs and I'm paying for a product thats not fit for service. You advertise intelligent pods to boost connections, all I want is to order one to resolve the issue.

    Our phone lines and internet are down at our Wakefield office at the moment due to a national Virgin media issue. We have been advised that this is trying to be rectified as soon as possible and when we have an update from them we will update our social media platforms.

    3 weeks and 2 engineers later and the broadband outage between the hours of 6 and 9 continues, absolute useless from @virginmedia next steps unless engineer 3 can fix this tomorrow is #ofcom and seeing if we can switch providers 👋

    @virginmedia It's the continued problems that annoy me. Down again now, third time this Easter Weekend. Yes it's showing as down on your dashboard. I always check & flag it when I (also) have a problem. Getting worse all the time. Beyond a joke.

    2 calls on landline from Asia, using dummy UK phone numbers, pretending to be from Virgin Media, telling me of a problem with the security of my router. Neither liked it when I told them their mother and father would be deeply ashamed if they knew what their son was doing.

    @virginmedia Checked l the internal cabling and all right etc so hopefully just a lose wire somewhere at the cabinet or something the engineer can easily fix. Is there any refund due to lack of service? I pay £67 a month. Can offset that against my mobile phone data

    @virginmedia Hi, we’ve moved house and wanted to take our broadband service with us. We were told it would be 11 days for the installation. The night before the date it was rescheduled by text message to 3 weeks later.

    @virginmedia As far as I am concerned a firms complaint was raised as Yumna spoke to her manager and came back to me saying the issues were resolved and that I would receive an email. I haven’t received an email and the issues have not been fixed

    @virginmedia I can find O gmail from Ramon & my request4 written correspondence (because of my disability) is ignored. @Virgin Manager tells me he'll ARRANGE my compensation- 'leave it with him'- that's a verbal CONTRACT & Ramon closes my complaint I don't think @Virgin cares.

    @virginmedia Hi there and thanks! Yes totally agree but we have also lost major channels and nothing has replaced them (only renamed existing channels). We love being VM, won't change BB but channels are lacking which is an issue - so any idea if your getting Peacock at all?

    @virginmedia No but the lady I spoke to conferred this she was the only one that has listened everyone else said I was a liar and didn’t even listen to the conversation with the customer service operator that I taken the package out with this has been so frustrating
