    @virginmedia I’m not going to waste time in doing that, I’ve worked in telecommunications, I know how your process works, I also know you’ll try and pass the book to customers before taking blame because the tiniest speck of dust can effect my WiFi signal. So it’s fine.

    @virginmedia I’ve messaged that number twice - first time nearly three hours ago and still no acknowledgement. I think you need to sort this out or all your customers will leave come on - please let me know why there is no customer service response three hours is hopeless

    @virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!

    @virginmedia I’m already speaking to the 12th person today who subsequently can to read notes or help. I’m on hold (yet again) but no idea for how long. It’s been 35 minutes so far. Here’s an idea, why doesn’t someone call me who can actually help so we can resolve this once and for all?
