@virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!

@ThreeUKSupport Oh we are WAAY past your router, purely my own mobile connection now. We are paying for broadband until August but got Virgin Media as the home broadband was so appalling, rarely broaching 30Mbs. By definition, by mobile gets places all over the house, still terrible figures.

Also, without going into detail (since there's an endless list of crap I can bring up), Dooley heavily relies on Warship to moderate for him. There was a time when "virgin" was apparently banned when someone tried to say "Virgin Media". This is despite the fact that - -
