    @virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

    @virginmedia I appreciate how stretched you must be but I am a key worker and for over a week jow I an unable to contact you to sort out my tv problem. Hours on phone,via app and web still not solved. Can’t watch tv properly need it sorting pronto please.

    @virginmedia It’s been going off intermittently for weeks. I’ve been blaming the devices in the house and changing every cable. You even sent me a new router. Every drop in service resets adapters and loses video calls.

    @virginmedia Spoke too soon back in off again. Obviously nothing to do with modem as it’s new, same issues as before this time off for a fair amount of time now, is there an issue imnn in in TS8 location.

    Had visit No 2 from Virgin, a couple of nice chaps,chased cables and removed cable still connected to the network that's not been used for years,new modem,new leads,new remote and the supervisor's number with a call back in a week, all good so far well done @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Tried this, 3 days to reply per message. Pathetic really, good customer service could compensate for poor phone service but I don’t get either. I get the VM sim for free with my package, I’d rather pay an extra £20 a month elsewhere to make sure I don’t miss important calls

    @EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get problem with my box sorted for 3 weeks now. Cuts out sound only. Still not sorted and all info followed. Gone beyond frustrated now simply unacceptable customer service I want to know where else I can complain to or where can get sorted

    @virginmedia I’ve messaged that number twice - first time nearly three hours ago and still no acknowledgement. I think you need to sort this out or all your customers will leave come on - please let me know why there is no customer service response three hours is hopeless

    @virginmedia your website will not let me into your account to do a speed test (our broad band is getting slower and slower). It won’t let me reset the password and instead gets stuck in a loop resetting the reset password- absolutely infuriating. Had this problem four years now!

    @GrievesonAlan @Souts_A You can watch all streaming channels ( apart from live sport you get on amazon ) . All catch up tv (apart from BBCi player) Anything live and you need a licence . I have virgin media , I just now have an internet service with them. They said this is happening a lot.

    @virginmedia Been trying to resolve my bills since Feb. Total incompetent from Customer Services over a number of calls. Refused to pass me to a senior manager to discuss. How can I get in contact with someone who has seniority to resolve. Shocking service

    Transferring from Sky to Virgin media was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I have 4 outstanding issues including VMs breach of their Ofcom agreement and cannot get anyone to speak to me. I have raised formal complaints one of which was closed with a LIE!

    @virginmedia As I have said before I have looked on the forums and others have the same issue as me and it all comes down to your superhub 3 and the puma chipset that is installed in it. If no one from virgin wants to contact me about this then please just send me a deadlock letter.

    Hi @virginmedia I need you to rapidly undo the changes you made to my broadband yesterdayplease. On Saturday I waited 24 hours for a callback that never came, before phoning again. The changes made by your colleague messed up my wifi settings & today your callers are "too busy".

    @virginmedia oh look at that, once again connection is gone. It’s bad enough that your tv box is forever not working but now the internet too! In the last month 4 days without tv box and now 2 days without internet yet my bill comes through at full price...

    Pathetic broadband as usual from @virginmedia . Wobbly for weeks, dropping out every 20-30 minutes, today, a complete outage - no tv, no Internet. Just brilliant when you are working from@home and trying to entertain a young child with chickenpox. #Fail #TimeToSwap
