@virginmedia i was asked to upgrade as a valued customer, since upgrading my broadband is terrible we are all using 4g at home as connection is so poor. i have done all testing as directed from comp voice on phone and link sent to mobile. i pay for 3 virgin mobiles one now has no data

@virginmedia absolute pathetic excuse of a mobile phone network, constantly missing important phone calls and being disconnected. Nowhere near as reliable as primary network EE. Not even worth the free unlimited sim card you’ve given me.

Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

.@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

@virginmedia How about tracking it this way. 21/01/21 09.35 Phoned On hold for 20 mins Spoke to Pheobe Expect a call back from her manager within 72 hours. She also raised an OFCOM complaint where they would monitor my speeds from their side. Still waiting for the call back.....

When they dug up the road they found loads of "cable TV" cables strewn all over the electric...
