    @virginmedia we are having severe broadband issues in Darlington area this weekend. I'm in DL3 9 area. Other postcodes DL1 as well having issues. Logged with faults and advised it would be sorted 10.10pm yesterday. STILL off this morning and no texts. Please advise.

    Spend a fortune every month for @virginmedia tv and sky, BT sport and guess what somebody has sold most the games in December to amazon prime , absolutely disgraceful , thanks @virginmedia one unhappy customer. Leaving in the morning , you can count on it. What am I paying for!

    @tescomobile hi guys, really unhappy with service earlier today - exchanges @Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use towards a new Phone for my son, but now I’ve been told I can’t use the vouchers towards a purchase, only deduct from my own bill. @virginmedia here I come!

    After winning 37/37 in the Newcastle #ePL across the groups and the playoffs, I lose in the semi finals and won’t be at the grand final. Hard to describe the conditions I’ve just had to play in due to EA’s issue with Virgin Media, but this really has broken me

    @virginmedia It’s not internet related. If it was the all my other devices would have an issue. Tried on numerous occasions to reset the router but it hasn’t fixed the problem. It’s going to need an engineer.

    I know it's a cliche to moan about customer service on here but OH MY GOD @virginmedia. I'm convinced they have just entirely scrapped their customer support team. When their service breaks, there is just either radio silence or stock replies.

    @virginhelp @virginmedia our wifi keeps disconnecting everyday for the past 6 months. We have had at least 7 engineers out and they just change a few settings on the hub and say to monitor it. Nothing is getting resolved. I pay £138 per month. please i need some help.
