@virginmedia Ffs YOU try calling that number and tell me if you get through to somebody. I’ve tried god knows how many times and I just get a machine telling me you’re busy and that I “might like to call again later” every, single time. Your level of service is a joke.

@virginmedia So why do you not have a chat system? I work in a similar industry and we are able to help our customer through chat, phone, online, social media it’s crazy a company of the size of virgin media can’t accommodate us. Not having a go at you I’m just disappointed in the system

@virginmedia i was asked to upgrade as a valued customer, since upgrading my broadband is terrible we are all using 4g at home as connection is so poor. i have done all testing as directed from comp voice on phone and link sent to mobile. i pay for 3 virgin mobiles one now has no data

@virginmedia pretty poor customer service ! Consistently waiting times more than an hour and still issues not resolved !! Intra transfer of call gets you back of the line 😡😡😡!! Disgraceful ! No other customer service I use has such a poor support !!
