    @virginmedia I’ve messaged that number twice - first time nearly three hours ago and still no acknowledgement. I think you need to sort this out or all your customers will leave come on - please let me know why there is no customer service response three hours is hopeless

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get problem with my box sorted for 3 weeks now. Cuts out sound only. Still not sorted and all info followed. Gone beyond frustrated now simply unacceptable customer service I want to know where else I can complain to or where can get sorted

    @virginmedia your website will not let me into your account to do a speed test (our broad band is getting slower and slower). It won’t let me reset the password and instead gets stuck in a loop resetting the reset password- absolutely infuriating. Had this problem four years now!

    @virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!

    @virginmedia It’s been going off intermittently for weeks. I’ve been blaming the devices in the house and changing every cable. You even sent me a new router. Every drop in service resets adapters and loses video calls.

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph this is the worst customer experience I have ever had with any company. Generic irrelevant emails back from my complaint. Escalation process broken and no callbacks from customer services when promised. Regretting the move to Virgin.

    @virginmedia Because they were sure based on the data you have, there it’s not an internet based problem, just a wifi based problem. When I asked to rebook then all the conversation about charging £25, which I wanted to speak to a manager about as I was not told about this last Wednesday.

    Virgin media sent me a text to tell me that they had fixed the ‘routine maintenance’ they scheduled all day.. and I’m working again. Their web site says running. My broadband is down. Not happy.
