@virginmedia Trying to get in touch with the uk Virgin service that I still want to report a server fault because I getting no new message despite I ran 5 test e-mail that it’s did send successfully & I getting nothing no downloaded new message as it’s had not been undelivered at all. Fault?

@virginmedia There isn’t any reported problems in my area but mine is very ‘hit and miss’ at the moment. I’ll go for periods where nothing will upload/download at all

@virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

@virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

@virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

Been in my new house 13 day and for the third time tomorrow I have a @virginmedia technician coming out to 'fix' my wifi. Fingers crossed this one actually takes and it's third time's the charm

@virginmedia New contract signed start date on 14th December based on Wi-fi boosters arriving on that date. None have been sent, I’ve chased 3 times and are still waiting. Wi-fi is terrible, costing me data each month, it needs sorting. Can you do this for me?

@virginmedia thank you, in response we are in the middle of a pandemic where people are suffering hardships we haven’t seen in our lifetime. it’s not as if you are running dry. the timing is just off and a letter of support to customers to temp freezing rates would have gone a long way.

@virginmedia This is what I’m telling you!! There is a fault in our village. Whole area is down and engineers are out visibly working on it, so you need to be aware that my house is also part of the fault. Please update your system. I went through all the test over the phone at 1pm

@virginmedia I’ve also had the phone put down on me twice by what seemed like bored cs staff and when phoned back no answer. Virgin on the go is telling me I’ve maxed out devices and I only watch it on one device, I don’t understand why after so long of watching it it’s playing up now!
