    .@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

    @virginmedia It's the continued problems that annoy me. Down again now, third time this Easter Weekend. Yes it's showing as down on your dashboard. I always check & flag it when I (also) have a problem. Getting worse all the time. Beyond a joke.

    Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

    @virginmedia how do I get the speed sorted out on my wi-if!! I’ve raised over phone but get an email ‘testing speed to hub’. Not the issue it’s the variable speed from it 0, 0.0525, 1.25, 6, 10, 45, 100, 300, then back to 0. Tried raising complaint online but no case number!

    @virginmedia 5 complaints opened, hours spent on the phone and WhatsApp. Still no contact from the complaints team and no one can tell me the status … Still able to take payment for my bills on a service I can’t use though. Shocking service. Would never renew. Avoid.

    @virginmedia I've called your customer service line and the person I spoke to said that I had disconnected 499 times in the past month and over 100 times in the past week, which is disgusting. He booked an appointment.
