@virginmedia Trying to get in touch with the uk Virgin service that I still want to report a server fault because I getting no new message despite I ran 5 test e-mail that it’s did send successfully & I getting nothing no downloaded new message as it’s had not been undelivered at all. Fault?

@virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

@virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

@virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

@virginmedia All that happens is that I explain over and over again the situation - I’m promised the code will be emailed within 48 hours, or I’ll get a call within 72 hours. Then nothing. Maybe I’ll just cancel my direct debit until it’s sorted - for breach of contract on your part.

@virginmedia My dad is 94 and gets quite easily stressed so i’d like to handle for him if possible. I do have P of Attorney for them. I trued your call centre. The person i spoke to was happy to offer a discount to me on their behalf but not to just cancel. If i stop the DD would that be ok?

@virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.
