@virginmedia it’s slightly better now but these issues keep a curing now and then but nothing gets done about it I rang about a month ago with same problem so you’re team said they will give a reduction in my bill the following month but that never happened so I’m done with you.

@virginmedia we are having severe broadband issues in Darlington area this weekend. I'm in DL3 9 area. Other postcodes DL1 as well having issues. Logged with faults and advised it would be sorted 10.10pm yesterday. STILL off this morning and no texts. Please advise.

@virginmedia disgusting customer service. On hold for 20 minutes for someone to answer and say they need to transfer me..on hold for a further 28 minutes for someone to answer, ask my name and hang up! Rang back for an automated service to say you're too busy to talk to me 😡

@virginmedia Is there a known issue in Edenbridge (TN8)? My internet has been flaky for a few days and has now gone down completely. The Hub 3 looks OK, the test said there was no problem and broadband status is green but I have no connection at the moment.

Not a great start with @virginmedia….since getting it haven’t had any tv due to an ‘error on the network’ which will take 2 days to fix. Also can’t log in to the tv app. Regretting moving from @bt_uk already
