    @virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

    Been in my new house 13 day and for the third time tomorrow I have a @virginmedia technician coming out to 'fix' my wifi. Fingers crossed this one actually takes and it's third time's the charm

    @virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

    @virginmedia Trying to get in touch with the uk Virgin service that I still want to report a server fault because I getting no new message despite I ran 5 test e-mail that it’s did send successfully & I getting nothing no downloaded new message as it’s had not been undelivered at all. Fault?

    @virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

    @virginmedia @roonymartin84 You can help me , my WiFi is awful , no signal a couple of metres from the router and now with onset of home schooling I can imagine it will only get worse ! Will sometimes connect to the old network but hard to connect to the new virgin network !

    @virginmedia Broadband down again N4. When are you going to fix your network? I have ironically just cancelled an engineer’s visit arranged after the last outage, which fixed itself after 24 hours. Another engineer booked for 12th Jan.

    @virginmedia They could only tell me there is a recorded fault "fibre broadband is intermittent and it will take engineers 7 days to locate and resolve the issue." Not one automated status update wrt to a more accurate eta. I have business zoom calls all day 😡

    @virginmedia Services been down since tea time yesterday. Got a phone call yesterday morning to say account transfer would go ahead. How long does it take for the transfer to complete as the old account is closed now as it tells me when i try log in online
