@virginmedia Absolute joke! After telling them it's not a virgin mobile they said that chat was for faults only and to ring the same premium rate number to speak to someone. Your customer service really is laughable

@virginmedia we are having severe broadband issues in Darlington area this weekend. I'm in DL3 9 area. Other postcodes DL1 as well having issues. Logged with faults and advised it would be sorted 10.10pm yesterday. STILL off this morning and no texts. Please advise.

@virginmedia your website will not let me into your account to do a speed test (our broad band is getting slower and slower). It won’t let me reset the password and instead gets stuck in a loop resetting the reset password- absolutely infuriating. Had this problem four years now!
