    @virginmedia I’m the home owner Beryl Hankin, and was told the phone number would stay the same when I changed. I queried this with the Virgin engineer who rang Virgin and assured me it was in hand. That was weeks ago but it never happened.

    @virginmedia been without any form of data, email , Whatsapp, calls from 11am with #virginmobile looks like it’s UK wide ! Dreadful service. Just catching up on emails now in a local pub!! Awful communication by a company that claims to be so good at it.

    @virginmedia 2/2 on hold for 30mins to be hung up on when connected. Not a great way to treat your new customers. Regretting opting for your services so far.

    @virginmedia disgusting customer service. On hold for 20 minutes for someone to answer and say they need to transfer me..on hold for a further 28 minutes for someone to answer, ask my name and hang up! Rang back for an automated service to say you're too busy to talk to me 😡

    @virginmedia It's the continued problems that annoy me. Down again now, third time this Easter Weekend. Yes it's showing as down on your dashboard. I always check & flag it when I (also) have a problem. Getting worse all the time. Beyond a joke.

    @virginmedia That just doesn't work. It is hugely painful ringing you up or playing blind darts to see which one of 20 accounts a text relates to. Just change things and start putting a postcode or account number or part account number in your texts

    @virginmedia absolutely ridiculous that according to your customer service team no technicians in your company work over the weekend. So we are left without broadband for 5 days as it hasn’t worked since yesterday and the earliest someone can come out is Monday between 5pm & 7pm
