@virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

@virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

Been in my new house 13 day and for the third time tomorrow I have a @virginmedia technician coming out to 'fix' my wifi. Fingers crossed this one actually takes and it's third time's the charm

@virginmedia There isn’t any reported problems in my area but mine is very ‘hit and miss’ at the moment. I’ll go for periods where nothing will upload/download at all

@virginmedia It's the continued problems that annoy me. Down again now, third time this Easter Weekend. Yes it's showing as down on your dashboard. I always check & flag it when I (also) have a problem. Getting worse all the time. Beyond a joke.

@virginmedia Trying to get in touch with the uk Virgin service that I still want to report a server fault because I getting no new message despite I ran 5 test e-mail that it’s did send successfully & I getting nothing no downloaded new message as it’s had not been undelivered at all. Fault?

So. @virginmedia Couldn't guarantee any service. Switched to @bt_uk, their engineer screwed us over with false info about line-faults. The Smalls are now using my phone as a HotSpot to get their school work done, whilst BT left us with a WiFi dongle for a week. W. T. A. F.

@virginmedia you let me purchase a broadband contract and AFTER confirmation tell me that external works including drilling walls and digging up ground will need to happen? Extremely poor service. I can’t go ahead.
