@virginmedia your website will not let me into your account to do a speed test (our broad band is getting slower and slower). It won’t let me reset the password and instead gets stuck in a loop resetting the reset password- absolutely infuriating. Had this problem four years now!

@virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!

(@TobyRefresh) reported
@virginmedia @TomCNash I straight up don't believe you at all. Provide some evidence. A ticket or case number. ANYTHING. We have been told every single day by customer service that there is nothing being investigated in North London, no tickets on this open, that they have heard nothing about it.
-
Joseph Parsons
(@josephparsonsha) reported
@virginmedia hey guys, just spent 50 mins on the phone talking about my monthly bill that you were about to double (very sneaky, your customer service staff agreed) - No real deals to offer for loyalty, couldn't be less happy as a customer.
-
Henry Stewart
(@HenrySt55434943) reported
@virginmedia in August I was persuaded to switch to a Volt package just 1 month into my contract (28gbp). Was assured the cost would be equal via rolling credit applied. Have spent HOURS with support since then, who made many promises, only to be charged 60.67 on my first bill
-
Ashley Routh
(@ash_routh) reported
@virginmedia what a joke, broadband goes down, every time it goes down it costs me £40 in fuel to go to the office. Told me that it can be down for a month before I'm allowed to cancel my contract but they will give me £20 if it is down for a month.. thanks virgin 🤬

Simon B
(@S0B) reported
Excuse number 2 is that the WebSafe is switched on. They have switched it off and I must wait 2 hours to see if that fixes it. Except a previous technical support person did that, more than 2 hours ago, and (of course) that didn't fix anything @virginmedia

Hey @virginmedia. Thanks for warning is the Internet might be out on Monday. Unfortunately you didn't warn us it and the phoneline would be out today, when we have a remote medical appointment for our daughter. That's actually a pretty big problem.
-
Sevco Blatter

@virginmedia Thank you. It has been over 2 weeks since it was first reported and there has been no confirmation anyone is even looking to fix this. Please can you confirm a timeline for when this will be sorted?
-
Toby
(@TobyRefresh) reported
@TomCNash @virginmedia If it's being investigated then it should have a fault number, case number, complaint number... A reference of some kind. When I see one and confirm it's legitimate over the phone, then I'll believe them. Spoiler alert... They don't/can't give us one. @virginmedia

I have been on the phone/whatsapp with @virginmedia since 8:00 this morning. Been cut off twice, so far, Latest excuse for my problem is that my IP address is blacklisted. The dynamic IP address that virgin assigns. I fixed that myself but the problem persists ...
