    @virginmedia disgusting customer service. On hold for 20 minutes for someone to answer and say they need to transfer me..on hold for a further 28 minutes for someone to answer, ask my name and hang up! Rang back for an automated service to say you're too busy to talk to me 😡

    @virginmedia it’s slightly better now but these issues keep a curing now and then but nothing gets done about it I rang about a month ago with same problem so you’re team said they will give a reduction in my bill the following month but that never happened so I’m done with you.

    @virginmedia I am moving house and tried to bring my broadband/tv account with me and I have been told you don't service my area and therefore I have to pay £199. This is simply outrageous!!
