.@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

@virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp zero broadband for over a week and it’s not scheduled to be fixed until the 7th of December. Engineers turned up and left without telling us. The worst customer service I have dealt with and no intention of sending someone sooner to fix the issue.

Hey @virginmedia It's supposedly easy and painless to move houses with you. I planned everything in advance so I'd have internet on my move-in date and got an engineer booked for the 5th of November. 2 appointments and 25 days later, still no internet. Can someone please help?

@virginmedia Thanks. Have called that number and been told there are no issues in the area. My connection is still dropping in and out. All my devices work perfectly fine when tethering over my Mobile. Both wired and wireless devices are still having issues.

@virginmedia I’ve spoken to 3 agents from that team today. One said they would fix the issue then dropped the line, one said they would transfer me and then dropped the line, and the 3rd is 27 minutes into not being able to solve the issue. The lack of ability to resolve this is astounding.
