@SimonMarksFSN Ironically it's the only streaming service of the latest to launch I considered subscribing to here in the UK because CNN removed itself from Sky and Virgin Media when Warner announced its own streaming platform. I hope it now comes back, although it never left LG's WebOS IPTV.

@virginmedia Yes. I’ve been quite I’ll for some time and my finances are a bit of a mess after an account hack that is still being sorted out. I don’t know how much more I can take,stuck in house with nothing and been on chat for over an hour with little reply from anyone human please help

@virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

@virginmedia Yes eventually but it was a very stressful experience. I've dealt with numerous utilities, service providers, insurance, legal teams etc throughout lockdown and this has been the singularly worst service of all because of wait times and dropped WhatsApp chats

@virginmedia these constant broadband outages are making it impossible for me to do my job! No service on 22, 24, 25, 30 Nov nor today. Was told on 24 that the issue wouuld be fixed by 1 Dec, but it isn't! Called earlier only to be hung up on, called back but now stuck on hold...
