    @virginmedia Thanks, do you have an ETA of when you’re issue will be resolved? Many of us could of purchased this game with a different streaming service if we knew you would be having the same issues with red button as per usual

    @SimonMarksFSN Ironically it's the only streaming service of the latest to launch I considered subscribing to here in the UK because CNN removed itself from Sky and Virgin Media when Warner announced its own streaming platform. I hope it now comes back, although it never left LG's WebOS IPTV.

    @virginmedia I’m the home owner Beryl Hankin, and was told the phone number would stay the same when I changed. I queried this with the Virgin engineer who rang Virgin and assured me it was in hand. That was weeks ago but it never happened.

    @virginmedia @justwearmasks Instead of employing robots in your impossible to contact call centres and ripping of the public for your shareholders, set up a proper system of customer care which is accessible, helpful, considerate and capable of fixing customer problems quickly and competently.

    @michaeljswalker @virginmedia My guy you need that inner Karen that pure customer service rage. Phone back and and bs that you've found a better price else where and they'll offer you a cheaper deal. They expect you to phone back to complain about the price init. It's stinky

    @virginmedia ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE… 2 weeks I’ve waited for call to get Netflix off my box so I can move house and still having problems ! Stress landed me in hospital! I move in Thursday morning and WILL BE LEAVING after 11 years with the service !!!
