Spend a fortune every month for @virginmedia tv and sky, BT sport and guess what somebody has sold most the games in December to amazon prime , absolutely disgraceful , thanks @virginmedia one unhappy customer. Leaving in the morning , you can count on it. What am I paying for!

@virginmedia we are having severe broadband issues in Darlington area this weekend. I'm in DL3 9 area. Other postcodes DL1 as well having issues. Logged with faults and advised it would be sorted 10.10pm yesterday. STILL off this morning and no texts. Please advise.

@tescomobile hi guys, really unhappy with service earlier today - exchanges @Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use towards a new Phone for my son, but now I’ve been told I can’t use the vouchers towards a purchase, only deduct from my own bill. @virginmedia here I come!

@virginmedia Hahaha, just spent 20 minutes typing the complaint. Clicked submit which then refreshed the page. Checked the 'track complaints' page to be greeted with 'there are no issues connected to this account so there is nothing to show'. This company is a joke honestly
