    @virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

    @virginmedia Can’t answer calls ems bouncing back. Wouldn’t it make more sense to just take everyone’s sports package off. Paying £125 per month at this my point my other half is ready to cancel everything when we can.

    @virginmedia understand that like every other business that you’re short staffed with the pandemic, but the speed of internet recently has been shocking. Website is useless, community help is useless. Don’t want to ring up, yet they’re happy to still take my money every month.

    @DavidAHSleath @virginmedia I love the customer service when they just end the call half way through trying ‘to help’ I once spent 5 hours back and forwards with the every part of the business... engineers... blah blah blah... still was no better! Until I managed to get through to Scotland! 👍🏼

    @virginmedia I have had a poor wifi signal for a year now. used to always show the wifi lights, now its orange and its terrible. The catch up tv never works, i gets errors gallor. I want to leave, next door on sky but would accept an engineer trying to fix the issues first.

    @virginmedia I have done this. The matter has not been resolved. As I said this seems to be a technical glitch at your end that is a new problem and is affecting many people. Hence me asking you to investigate. I searched here on Twitter and found many users with same issue.

    @virginmedia And I want to leave now because of all this. I am sure my contract ended in January. I have made complaint with their unethical way of taking money from me. I really have had enough of virgin. Unless they can sort my problem and give me a strong signal i want to leave.

    @virginmedia I appreciate it may take longer to resolve a complaint but as a standard you should be providing consumers with written Acknowledgement of the complaint within 5 business days. Of which you have failed to do so.

    @virginmedia It was made over the phone through one of your advisors. I’ve found the “complaint tracker” but whoever raised the complaint has raised it with an incorrect contact number. They’ve put a landline as my preferred contact which nobody will be able to reach me on as I don’t use it.

    @virginmedia I'm repeatedly getting calls to my landline from "Virgin Media" saying there are some issues with my internet. I've been assuming these are fraudulent and not actually Virgin Media, but want to be certain. How can I tell whether these calls are legitimate or not?
