    @louisewil86 @yanic1965 @virginmedia I'm supposed to be on 50mbs...nowhere near! What they dont tell you (any bband supplier) but my engineer does....is that the fibre cable only goes to your local substation box...then thru copper cable to your house ...so slowed down automatically!

    @virginmedia My contract has expired and I’m wondering what options are available if I decide to sign a new one. Feels like it’d be easier to leave, tbh. I’m also moving house so wanted to discuss moving service to new address. I appreciate you’re busy, but it’s an absolute nightmare.

    @virginmedia Both. I have wired devices and wireless. Hub 3 is in modem mode with an external net gear nighthawk router connected as the wireless on capabilities on the cheap virgin hubs are poor anyway when they’re working.

    We have been @virginmedia customers for more than 20 years but they really don't care about customers. They tell us we will have an engineer visit scheduled to fix our broadband and then you hear no more. Sky/BT here we come
