@virginmedia Dont wanna air my business over a feed. Asvised phone we got was outa stock. Faulty phone . Was gonna exchange bit out of stock.i had to cancel contract then take a new one out. But send phone back but wife hasnt a spare???

Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

Also @virginmedia the member of staff said he’d call back after an hour to make sure the problem had gone and never called back. So I have to sit on hold for 45 mins again 🙄😴😴
