            South Shields, England@virginmedia The Hub is in modem mode connected to a separate wireless router as the Hub's WiFi has been poor since we got it, so technically it's a wired connection. Router's connection is lost when it drops so no devices can connect wirelessly. Has been stable for about 3 hours now.

No faults were reported on the site when my father-in-law had a complete loss of service a couple of months ago, but it was reported on the helpline.
