@virginmedia just had a very frustrating afternoon with your call centre trying to dump our landline which we never use. After 13 years as a customer it is particularly galling to then see on the comparison sites how much more you value new customers.

@virginmedia Cancelled the account on 28th or 29th March. Was told by one of your staff members that the service would be cancelled immediately and that #virginmedia owed us just over £70. She also cancelled the direct debit, agreed to send a cheque for the balance to an alternative address

@damieng5 @garethmck1987 @virginmedia @NETGEAR I agree. I have the same set up . With Virgin SH3 no wifi signal to conservatory. With Orbi mesh network wifi everywhere in house & in the garden too. Costs a bit more but woryh it IMO.

@virginmedia Thanks yes, I whatsapped them for 6 hours the other day and that’s where the complaint has risen from. Was told by the Twitter team to call instead which I did. Billing system was down. Told I’d get a call back. Nobody ever phoned. I give up.
