Shoutout to @vmbusiness who after 5 days told me to reset my router and have now told me they will simply continue to monitor the problem. No stream until NationWars now where we pray it’s going to be better.

Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

Never felt so left down by @virginmedia after years of being a loyal customer my bill has increased by £20pm for no extra services when I rang to cancel I was offered £1 discount! To say I was insulted is an understatement, shocking service loyalty counts for nothing!!! Cancelled

@virginmedia I messaged the one who came to my house the other day, the one who stated there was a cable problem outside and he arranged for another engineer to fix that cable. He was able to come round to look at everything again and told me that nothing has been done with the cables.

@virginmedia Nope. Just said that’s the way it works. If they arranged one today, it would be deleted straight away and I was to call back on Friday morning if the issue was still happening. It’s been happening for about 6 weeks so I’m guessing it’ll still be happening then.
