@virginmedia I bought a Ring doorbell and a Ring chime, the chime is supposed to improve the connection to the bell but the connection is still weak. Ring has told me that the problem lays with my router because everything is good at their end. The tp plug ins haven't improved anything either

@virginmedia Totally fed up with virginmedia. Signed up for a £23 contract but charged £51. Complaint resolved but still not received credit or refund of monies paid out via DD after repeat calls and web chats. Instead being accused for signing a £51 contract.
