    @virginmedia I did those checks Monday night/Tuesday morning around midnight 30 when it all went offline and it said I needed an engineer visit then but I waited and around 4 hours later it all came back on again, last night it went off again but the online status again said no problems and

    @virginmedia please can you help. My vulnerable fathers landlines won't accept calls. It doesn't ring when we call him, it cuts off before it even rings his end. His TV is fine. I have checked his postcode and it says there is no fault however this isn't right. Thankyou.
