    What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia Yes. There is a known issue in my area but no "explanation". It's states the fix estimate is 3pm. That's almost a whole day's salary.

    @virginmedia my 80 year old mother is in ill health, in June I helped her online cancel paper bills, since this time we have done this another 2 times,Mam has tried to call no answer after 45 on hold,Ive just tried to email with the address on rear of bill, it doesn’t work.

    . @virginmedia rang virgin last week to move house. You've done the external install yesterday but haven't turned up for internal install today. Tried to log into my account and it says my package is cancelled no options for support at all. Called and hung up on before answer.

    @virginmedia So I expected a call today before 12pm from business team I also logged a call back on the website for one of the team to call me before 12pm. Engineer on Friday said someone would call in the morning it’s now just gone after 12 and I am still waiting? This is poor?!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia service from you has been poor for months - missing the footie is just the last straw. Kindly send an engineer to fix our broadband - the wires at the wall outside are exposed and when we test each day our speeds are below 20MB/s when we are paying for 100+ Thank you

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    @virginmedia Then when transferred to ‘customer care’ so that I could complain and seek compensation, I waited another 20mins and was eventually cut off without speaking to anyone.

    @virginmedia Waiting for delivery of hub equipment to start using internet.Due Monday & it’s still not here. 1st week as a Virgin customer. Made 6 calls bounced from person to person,made to feel like it’s my fault! Spoken to Yodel & tracking details show they haven’t received it from Virgin

    @virginmedia disappointed and let down as told services could be provided and once I moved house told they can’t. Lodged formal complaint 7 days ago and no contact since v. Poor. Going to have to waste another hour on the phone to speak to someone who probably won’t have a clue

    @virginmedia It's more the lack of communication and unrealistic times given. I'm now aware it was due to fire damage. Had your customers been explained this at the time they'd have been less upset. it's the lack of good communication that's the issue.
