@virginmedia My contract has expired and I’m wondering what options are available if I decide to sign a new one. Feels like it’d be easier to leave, tbh. I’m also moving house so wanted to discuss moving service to new address. I appreciate you’re busy, but it’s an absolute nightmare.

@louisewil86 @yanic1965 @virginmedia I'm supposed to be on 50mbs...nowhere near! What they dont tell you (any bband supplier) but my engineer does....is that the fibre cable only goes to your local substation box...then thru copper cable to your house ...so slowed down automatically!

Have been forced upstairs to watch the match in the PS4. WiFi is usually crap up here. But, no, it's working perfectly so I'm forced to watch #NUFC. Cheers @virginmedia, why can't you do this when I'm trying to work?!

Me: “I’m going to have to cancel the contract as the landlord doesn’t want me to install the fibre optic broadband anymore” @virginmedia: “Maybe you should just buy the apartment, it’s not very expensive or anything” Confirmed. Virgin Media is Tory.

@virginmedia amazing concept of telling people who have no Internet at home to log onto an Internet chat room to get help with getting their Internet back, do I get a refund for the data used to tether my laptop just to get access to customer service?

@virginmedia great customer service tactics, tell people theres going to be a long hold time, when they get to an hour on hold just hang up on them because they clearly don't need Internet any time soon...
