    Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

    @virginmedia what a shambles company. Every person on a script, hold and pass to someone, don’t call you back, charge you more money when your service is ****, charge you for being on hold for 2 hours, reckon they have enough staff even though on hold all the time. Utter **** 247
