Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

@virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

@louisewil86 @yanic1965 @virginmedia I'm supposed to be on 50mbs...nowhere near! What they dont tell you (any bband supplier) but my engineer does....is that the fibre cable only goes to your local substation box...then thru copper cable to your house ...so slowed down automatically!

@virginmedia Yes I was impacted by outage, but customer service was really poor, I had to hold call for 20 mins to get someone to speak with me. Also I keep getting signal drops and regular issues, which I have raised. Pls service your customers for them to avail services satisfactorily
