Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

@virginmedia All on screen instructions followed, waited til I finished work today to check and it still doesn't get past 25% on the "searching for channels" page... Just taken the direct debit for a service which has been broken since 2.12.21...

@virginmedia Hi. We added extras onto our package last May on a rolling 30day and was told we could take off the extras at any time. The extras cost us £30 more. When I rant to take this part off I was told it would only reduce my monthly cost by £6 which is awful. I will never trust this you

@virginmedia Slow if at all. And it's my entire town and from what I've seen on here, the whole of England. You blame lockdown and people working from home, bull. First lockdown was fine. Sort it out or we're moving supplier as this is all the Time now
