@virginmedia Twice but very unsatisfactorily and although I was told at 5.30 that I would receive a call back within half an hour from a customer services manager, I am yet to receive that call. New customer extremely f***ed off if I'm honest

@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

Given the choices offered by Virgin Media, @ndtvfeed is best. BBC probably the worst followed by Sky News, France 24, Al Jazeera, Euro TV, and then the Japan one (NHK something). CNN not offered, thank heavens.
