@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

@virginhelp @virginmedia our wifi keeps disconnecting everyday for the past 6 months. We have had at least 7 engineers out and they just change a few settings on the hub and say to monitor it. Nothing is getting resolved. I pay £138 per month. please i need some help.
