@virginmedia They can't help either, the real issue, lets be honest, is the fact nobody at Virgin will admit their equipment is awful and not really fit for purpose, the least super thing ever is the superhub 3.0

@virginmedia I've done this many times previously and does nothing, the most recent request to switch it from modem mode is so you would process my complaint with ofcom which in turn means I'm without WiFi for 30 days unless standing on the "superhub"

@virginmedia I wouldn't recommend your media connect app its awful, the booster you sent out does exactly zero, as for blackspots around the house that would be anywhere in the house more than 1.5m from the hub, all the software in the world won't polish the turn you call a superhub

@virginmedia No, I mean no internet so I couldn’t get in. Tried a few times. Says no issue. Turned modem on and off, all the cables are stable. I’m not resetting as it’s a nightmare splitting the signal again. Ugh. This is so frustrating.

@virginmedia This seems to be a common thread for a number of your customers around the country. @virginmedia advising to check out router and/or connection, but the problem appears to be on the @virginmedia side, not the customer.

Ppl if you're thinking of switching to @virginmedia 1 gig dont the #superhub4 is broken it cannot route the speed properly to the ports switches or wireless. Smart wifi is a joke the booster pods won't work either unless u use #Smartwifi Stick to #superhub3

@virginmedia Yes, you did that by asking me my email, last bill date, bill amount and characters from my password. Please explain why I then need to give a stranger my bank details to ask a question about a fault on my TV service. Need to keep my account secure too!
