    @virginmedia It’s been going off intermittently for weeks. I’ve been blaming the devices in the house and changing every cable. You even sent me a new router. Every drop in service resets adapters and loses video calls.

    @MartinSLewis @bbc5live I managed to get my virgin media bill down from £121 per month to £49.50. I threatened to cancel my contract because they wouldn't let me drop the TV and landline from my package. I now have just Internet. Which is all I needed anyway!!

    @virginmedia No the link - which bearing in mind you might be on an internal Virgin system which I'm not on - takes me back to the log in page of Virgin Media and there is no form at the bottom. The end says: This is our customer homepage. Not a customer with a link there.

    @virginmedia The same as everyone else I spoke to, I need the tech department but they told me they can’t help me with a dongle so it appears no one can help me and no one has an actual clue who can, it’s ridiculous, it should be as simple as sending a new dongle and collecting this one
