Nicola (@modelnicola) reported from Peterlee, England
@VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia paperwork completed by my other half for court. Not a single follow up from Virgin. Please RT what a shambles this company and their contractors are. Accepted fault for damage at the time but won't pay up for repairs. Spread the word. Retweet this!

ben (@benrelton) reported from Hartlepool, England
Broadband is down in our area, but can’t register loss of service on the website - just won’t work. Any ideas? @virginmedia

Shaun Calvert (@Shaunelious) reported from Redcar, England
@virginmedia I’ve cancelled the visit but why should I have to call back in the first place to cancel a visit I didn’t agree to? I wanted it adding to my initial complaint or raising separately but no one was interested. Cancel my contract
-
Shaun Calvert (@Shaunelious) reported from Redcar, England
@virginmedia Or asking what outcome they want. Anyway, not long after I get a text saying a technician is coming out that I haven’t agreed to and if I’m not home when they come it’ll cost £25. So I have to call up to cancel that and was then told I can’t add to my complaint….
-
Shaun Calvert (@Shaunelious) reported from Redcar, England
@virginmedia Red button for virgin, which I know isn’t true as I’ve used it before. I asked to raise complaints several times to which they just ignored before eventually saying they would raise one. He then said it was raised. Never known a complaint raised without someone describing it…

Shaun Calvert (@Shaunelious) reported from Redcar, England
@virginmedia I’ve got 16 months left on my current contract but I’d like to cancel it as I have good reason
-
Nicola (@modelnicola) reported from Peterlee, England
@virginmedia Frustrating it had to come to this when an internal investigation would easily reveal that your contractors removed struts designed to secure the fence. Now having to pay court fees to remedy an issue created by you. It's a sham. I guess you hope most people back down.

emma (@ema_neale) reported from Sunderland, England
@virginmedia Thanks for your reset help earlier it worked, unlike waiting 10 hrs for someone to finally respond to me again via WhatsApp. I was told that there were no offers for current customers yet your website states otherwise!

Victoria barry (@VictoriaBarry82) reported from Sunderland, England

@virginmedia It's working now. Just would have been good to have been informed and kept in the loop that there was an issue being worked on, the status page was useless, stating no issues!

@virginmedia Yes I've tried this many times but can't get past the email verification link page which puts me back to the last Internet page I was on. So I can't sign into anything that requires a virgin media sign in. Still stuck.

@virginmedia Thanks, there was nothing listed. However I discovered via local media there was a major outage near Dumbarton, however there was nothing on the website or app. The call centre didn't know either. Lasted most of the day. Pretty poor Comms.
