I’ve disconnected coax cable etc and blew them clean and tightened them back up and done a speed test and it’s up to 365mb download speed. Hopefully this has fixed problem

I got one yesterday asking about my account and asking me to send my card details and card holder name and security number to verify the account. It wasn’t virgin media but a scam. Is there any refund due to lack of service? I pay £67 a month. Can offset that against my mobile phone data
