So I’ve been with @virginmedia for about 2 years & I’m out of contract. Happy with the service so as moving house thought I’d take them with me. Want to charge me for the privilege!! Already paying more per mth than new customers and you want to charge me a moving fee!! Jog on!

@virginmedia my grandad is being charged every month for something we have requested to be cancelled months ago, just tried to cancel again but you are still taking this out, just spent an hour on the phone trying to sort this out but the call has been cut off three times!!

@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

@guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

@virginmedia My internet is down since 1.30. Yes i rebooted and no it doesn’t work. Your website is down and phone lines to CS aren’t ringing out. I don’t have virgin mobile so this problem is at your end not mine. Last week my internet was down the entire wkend+Mon. I want compensating!!!
