    Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

    @MrLeeNingLive @virginmedia Virgin have been awful at my current flat! Moving to Sky in my new flat - my mate that has it gets MUCH better connection 😩 When Virgin came to check my speeds they also suddenly went to the right numbers when they visited 👀

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @virginmedia Hi, I am trying to reduce the services on my contract but your contact service is very poor. Upgrade? No problem we answer straight away. Reduce?? Wait for ages with no reply. 11 years a customer and yet this is how you treat me!

    @YorkshirePad @virginmedia Yeah I got the Google Wi-Fi with an extra puck then changed it out for an Asus Rog Strix AX3000. Decent price at circa £140 only so I could use a firewall on the router (can’t on Google). Never had an issue since.

    @virginmedia Can this please be escalated to ensure the call back does happen & the cable is fixed tomorrow? The last agent cut me off before confirming this will happen. Its extremely frustrating trying to deal with you Customer Contact Centre. Surely 7 days with no progress isnt acceptable

    @O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia When you call customer service on 202 and you request to speak to a manager and they say it will be in the next 24 hours. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even support message are no answered as busy. O2 Travel takes 32 sec for a 2mb picture

    @virginmedia hi my elderly neighbour is having issues with her landline. There was an issue in the area earlier which is no longer being reported but her phone isn't ringing and there's no record on 1471 of any calls from today, she can make calls. Please assist urgently.

    @virginmedia A fresh install, new property that's never had cable. This was meant to be finished 7th November, yet we've still not had anyone out to supply wiring to the property. If you don't wanna do it, just say so so I can go with another provider. Instead, I'm being left on a hook!

    @virginmedia How? Landline is down, Virgin Mobile (EE) signal is at best flaky. Over £140pm + Virgin mobile is a substantial sum for sub standard after sales care. How’s your morse code?
