    @virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

    @virginmedia Apparently there is not any issue in my area. My upload speed is almost no existent and I have a ping of 200ms plus with jitters over a second sometimes. Downdetector tells me I am not the only one with issues and it started yesterday. This is about 20 hours now.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried hard to become a customer but it’s impossible due to your poor customer service. All I need is for someone to contact me with regards to my concerns. My installation is due on 27th April but I will be cancelling it as I’ve lost confidence.

    @virginmedia Why is it i pay for gig internet, where my wifi is circa 300mb .... Yet EVERY day consistantly my wifi is dropping to 2mb. It is literally quicker to use my mobile internet... No issues, everything reset within days and still doing it

    @virginmedia I first instructed cancellation on 1st March. I have email from you stating I could cancel without fee. Now your anonymous reps are seeking a £178 fee! You're now in clear breach of contract as you've imposed unilateral changes without consent & after i instructed cancellation.
