    @gashead @virginmedia Bizarre that it’s not actually Kelly causing an issue yet they’re being very helpful for me! Unfortunately not sorted! Honestly lost all faith in it being resolved. Never had such an issue trying to get an answer from a company. Hope you get sorted too!

    @virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

    Oooh, now I finally got round to taking notice.... The videos I, m watching via twitter are playing much better with Lebara mobile then they did tesco, moble..Actually they are playing better then they do on home broadband service Virgin media to.. The landlord pays that bill

    @virginmedia Call the line says there’s no issues in my area by Neil no at least three people in the same street as me that have no service at the moment so again absolutely incorrect information

    @virginmedia Hi, that is a rather technical response for customer service. We ARE testing the WiFi through our daily use and we can advise you that it is very patchy and not up to par. We have tested location and barriers etc & other services and they do not have the same problems as yours.

    @virginmedia So I’ve just logged into my account through the browser rather than the app, and rather strangely it says broadband isn’t one of my services, but when I view the bill it’s clearly there and I have the router and a exceedingly slow internet connection?

    @virginmedia I've already contacted Virgin and made a complaint and requested to speak to manager as the operative was limited with info. I was told I'd be contacted in 3-5 days. This was three weeks ago. Three months no service. It's getting stressful and I've lost all faith. @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia I have never had such shocking service from a mobile provider, constant lies and no follow ups. I can’t even make a formal complaint over the phone or via email so who Ion earth is going to fix my issue?
