    One time I got accosted by a @virginmedia person on a street, trying to get me to sign up. I told him there was no chance of that happening due to their awful customer service. He gave me a curse heavy reply, telling me how useless I was. I'm still with Sky.

    @virginmedia I've just made a complaint. My broadband contract is up for renewal 7th July, but you only just sent me a letter this week telling me monthly bill was changing from £38 to £54!!. This letter should have been received 30 days before 7th July!! @ofcom @KatieMorley_

    If this pandemic has highlighted anything, it's just how bad @virginmedia are at delivering on their promises. I'm pretty sure my connection has been down as much as it's been up over the last 3 months.

    @virginmedia Hi, i live at BH15 4QW. i called customer services today about my on going fault im having, intermitent outages, 650 of them in 2 day's, i am now being told this could go on till Feb 2. This cant be right. Struggling to work.

Since I moved from there and in two homes I've had TalkTalk and have friends with other providers who have less issues. Thankfully.
