    @virginmedia hey. Board and doesn’t seem to be working at the moment. I’ve tried restarting twice and called to have a check on my equipment. That seems to be fine. When I restart it works for about 30 minutes and then goes down again. Thanks

    @virginmedia Yeah... he he... when the broad band decides to work that might help.. when you get 'not connected' via ethernet and wifi the tests are a bit meaningless

    @virginmedia So after getting an engineer visit finally today, comes, says fixed, 10mins later broadbanddrops again. Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

    @virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

    @virginmedia for 3rd time short gap in time my service is showing w02 with repairs just up the road .for the prices i pay i shouldnt pay full service when disrupted so much .a text saying you are doing repairs no good to a 2 year old waiting for peppa pig

    @virginmedia Router WiFi connection is so unstable people are about to throw them out their windows!! Might be worth moving to @VodafoneUK to get a better price and service? #VirginMedia has been truly awful recently

    @virginmedia Unbelievably shockingly bad customer support today. 1hr 25 mins on the phone, spoke to 7 agents and no resolution 2 of your agents were excellent the rest were appaling. As a long standing customer I feel I have no option but to change provider. #virginfail

    @virginmedia Exactly my point. Which is why it feels like I have been fobbed off with a lie because Virgin can't be bothered to resolve it for me. I have been through Apple's support. My apple ID is fine, the phone is fine as I have put another sim in the phone and it activated.

    @virginmedia It’s wifi, the lights become red or green and blinking. I always check the page and find there are issues, every day. I always run the tests and restart my hub, then register or report it. Right now it’s solved, but the problem is that it happens every day...

    @virginmedia What's the point of having voicemail if it takes 10 rings to activate? Why would anyone hold on for that long? And you claim it can't be changed due to new DOCSIS system u r implementing without advising your customers. RIDICULOUS SERVICE

    @virginmedia Yes. Constantly and all comes back saying it’s fine. Also do reboots but problems still exist. I also check the connect app and it says it’s “great” in every room but speed check app says otherwise and performance is poor.

Speeds dropped to 40mbps on ps4 with a wired connection the other day had to reset it all which fixed it for a bit then last night it started buffering then about 20 minutes later all just cut out for a good half hour. Be no good if on WL

    @virginmedia It’s been intermittent since about July. It goes off between 10-20 times an hour. Sometimes for a minute or two, sometimes for about 20 minutes. When it is running, we get speeds up to 5mpbs and we can’t get through to actually talk to anyone, hence the complaint.
