    @iestyntdavies @virginmedia Sorry to hear this. Such a waste. Immensely frustrating for all. Hope service resumes soon. Imagine being one of the families that have no online access at all, because can’t afford it. Less frustration but what a desert they now inhabit. And govt doesn’t give tinker’s cuss.

    @virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

    @virginmedia Yep. No issues. 3 times a week for months would be a pretty fault in the area. You’d sort that because it would be unacceptable. The same doesn’t apply for me with the super hub. The all singing, all dancing, speaks 48 languages and communicates with aliens super hub!!!

    @JulietteSims192 @virginmedia My sympathies. It should be tech support team. Took me a few tries & no action until I threatened to leave after 6 weeks of dual provider use. They charge rental for boosters. Still use an ethernet to get a decent signal in hard to reach spots. The routers are short range.

    @virginmedia is it strategy to keep cutting off the call when someone wants to cancel a service. Four calls made and four times I’ve been cut off. Awful service.

    @virginmedia That is the problem! Nobody answers this phone number past 5pm. I work mon-fri 8am to 5pm with no access to a phone during the day. On WhatsApp, I have to restart everything from the start. It is depressing and stressful after a long day at work.

    @virginmedia I didn't agree to take an additional contract as the virgin media account is in my husbands name. I also didn't raise a complaint as I didn't feel it necessary at the time.
