    One time I got accosted by a @virginmedia person on a street, trying to get me to sign up. I told him there was no chance of that happening due to their awful customer service. He gave me a curse heavy reply, telling me how useless I was. I'm still with Sky.

    @MrLeeNingLive @virginmedia Virgin have been awful at my current flat! Moving to Sky in my new flat - my mate that has it gets MUCH better connection 😩 When Virgin came to check my speeds they also suddenly went to the right numbers when they visited 👀

    @virginmedia Sorry for late reply. I know my sim contract is about to end. When I tried CS I explained the issue I have. I asked if I could cancel the sim when the contract expires during that call. He told me a date to call back. Because of memory issues I forget date.

    @virginmedia I've just made a complaint. My broadband contract is up for renewal 7th July, but you only just sent me a letter this week telling me monthly bill was changing from £38 to £54!!. This letter should have been received 30 days before 7th July!! @ofcom @KatieMorley_

    @virginmedia Why am I now being told I’ll be sent a LETTER to change my password?? I answered the sec Qs correctly but now a letter will take 5 days. Why can’t I do this online, like all other password changes? Is it a delay tactic? Cancel my contract NOW, as requested.

    @virginmedia The customer care team are not helping the customer or showing any care. Who do we speak to about Virgin's awful service and terrible actions to a vulnerable person? Is there anyone who can cancel the package without charge and put this right? Customer care cannot.

    Just had to put a 2nd call into @virginmedia this afternoon to sort out the problem they caused from this mornings call to them, which was to attempt to sort out issues from a previous call to them 🤬 New TV aerial installed next week and once @CityFibre are running, VM are gone!
