    @virginmedia phoned 2 weeks ago because the WiFi signal is virtually non existent. Recorded levels as requested, phoned back tonight, put on hold for 1hr then cut off. However fully expect to get the 26th sales call of the month tomorrow - funny that.

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia Over the past 3months there has been occasions where the speeds are terrible due to both known area issues and not. No clear cause but frustrating. Only 2 adult house so would expect there to be enough speed for the TV, if nothing else used
