@virginmedia Hi yes I’ve check all cables are in correct and I’ve turn off from socket and removed plug then put back the plug after 30 seconds but it didn’t help it still turn itself off twice after doing it.

@virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

@StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

@virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

@virginmedia Yup, we've done everything that is possible. With it completely unable to assist in the office and dining room area where we work. To at least get a fair signal we mostly have to sit next to the router and plug directly, which is impractical :(

@virginmedia Hi there. The issues have been ongoing since the box was installed on Saturday of this week. It’s only on programs we have recorded. It freezes when we are watching them later on. The “live” tv is absolutely fine.

@virginmedia I haven’t checked with a wired test. When I set up the system it said to plug the Ethernet into the cable box. I was planning to use WiFi for my laptop and the quality is horrible. I cannot work like this
