    @virginmedia The supervisor from Kier said they need an emergency permit to clear the blockage the they can pull the cable, they haven’t even requested the permit as I have checked with the council

    @virginmedia service just gets worse and worse. 3 days with no TV service whatsoever, and now no Internet either in SE7. It's simply not good enough anymore. Your service has been declining rapidly for over a year. Sort it out please.

    @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

    @virginmedia Both times I have called and people haven’t helped and when I asked to speak with someone who could they cut me off- you say not on purpose I beg to differ! Appalling customer service. Not the service we signed up to and now being ignored and complaint not dealt with.

    @cherbic555 @virginmedia That's kind, Colin, but I'll get it sorted soon enough. I usually pay a fiver & the guys do a superb job. I've not used a whole tank of petrol since last March. What a pain this lock down & so forth is. Still, cannot complain as so many are much worse off, poor things.

    @virginmedia It’s not sorted as yet. They still have the new number and get conflicting messages about whether they can get their old number back. They’ve written a letter of complaint and are waiting to hear on the refund element.
