@virginmedia So customer services are baffled by daily outages since July - you should advertise a “not a fault free service” expect months of business disruption , and forget working from home. Just fix the problem.

@virginmedia my broadband is still down since this morning. Your engineers have not fixed the issue although your automated system says no issues in area. Please tell your engineers we are still down in N21. Impossible to talk to a human. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia Fastest UK broadband. That’s a maybe, but what you fail to say is that you will suffer regular outage and won’t be able to work. But that’s ok because you’ll pay £16 compensation for hours of lost production.

@virginmedia so I had your broadband installed recently. Had some performance issues and bkackspots. Engineer advised 2 maybe 3 pods needed. So last week I was told they were on order. Heard nothing. Chased today and I can only order 1 pod at a time, after previous one received.
