    @virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

    @virginmedia None, sadly. Email updates promised & never arrived. A call from an engineer also promised & never happened. The social media team have been responsive. Other parts of Virgin much less so.

    @virginmedia There's the problem. Service status says 'no known issues'. Phone line says service interrupted back by 1000. Confusing information and inaccurate? The service has been dreadful for FOUR days now!

    @virginmedia Thank you but I just want my service to work reliably. I’m tired of chasing people & being given the run around. I can’t spend hours on the phone everyday to achieve nothing. I just want what I pay a lot of money for every month.

    @virginmedia I called into your Center in January asking to put my 70 year old mum on to a landline only contact and cancel the tv & bb. She’s still being billed for the original contract and has been told her monthly bill is going up to over £70

    @virginmedia No. It’s all the time. Horrible product. Any time I complain I just end up jumping through hoops and still get nowhere. That’s why it was a sub-tweet. Note how I didn’t need Amazon to thank me for buying a fire stick so didn’t tag them either.

    @virginmedia I think it’s outrageous when a customer asks an advisor to open a complaint the advisor refuses. I am still waiting for my call be from a manager also.

    @virginmedia Only WiFi. It just completely disappears. I’ve been onto chat and upgraded my broadband to Gig1 with a newer Hub. So I’d hope that the problems don’t continue.

    @virginmedia Why does it have to take repeated calls to try and get someone who knows what they are doing in the UK to treat customers with a bit of respect and not try and rip us off?! I therefore would like to lodge a complaint againat this so called Gemma and a Senior Manager to call me..
