    @virginmedia He has tried this and every time it just reverts to an automated bot response that doesn’t accept/understand /respond to his request to cancel. I need another way. As it’s proving impossible and stressful

    Used to tell my colleagues on @virginmedia to switch to @BT to overcome reliability issues. Moved house and little choice to pick Virgin. No internet or TV for 7 days, fix due by 1pm today. Queried at 1.30pm and 6.30pm, assured it would be today, told to relax. Frankie says BS.

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

    @virginmedia when I switched to you in April the guy selling the package offered me some Wi-Fi boosters if I had poor signal in parts of my house which I do… now some months in I really do need them and was promised them free of charge so can you make good on your promise please

    @virginmedia I’ve rung that number numerous times. No help whatsoever. I’ve been with virgin 14 yrs and sung their praises. But this is unacceptable. Need someone to ring me who is actually able to do something. I need an engineer to come and sort this out now. I’m at the end of my patience

    @virginmedia Yes, our internet is some how capped instead of 500mbs max I’m getting is 100-200 if I’m lucky that’s via ethanet not WiFi.. and the WiFi I can only get in my front room.. if I go to the bedroom WiFi cuts out.. also 12 months Amazon prime.. never received it.all other family did

    @virginmedia No this has been like this for weeks ever since I’ve installed the box. My previous box worked fine but this one is so slow, won’t work in certain rooms even though I have boosters, cuts off sometimes, can’t game because it’s so slow, can’t use WiFi calling which I need for work.

    @virginmedia As previously stated I don’t have time to wait on hold for hours on end listening to music. I’m sure you are able to look at my previous messages which outline my issues including the latest one outlining a wayleave or as the case is no wayleave.
