Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

@OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

.@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

@jodiecornelly If you’re looking to cancel both your Virgin Media cable and O2 sim, you'd need to please call Virgin Media customer services. They’ll let you know about any applicable early termination fees and cancel the cable first. Once done, they’ll transfer to O2 for the sim cancellation.

@virginmedia I've tried Chrome, Edge, Chrome incognito (wired). Safari IOS, Chrome IOS (Wireless). Clearing cookies didn't help. Why don't you try contacting me via the number on my virgin account?

@virginmedia Ok intermittent problems in area. This amazingly was the answer last time I had this issue. After a month or so of problems we have the same issues as before. The same answers or lack of them until someone is sent out.
