    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia i spoke to one of your representatives on tuesday and they put the phone down on me as i was trying to upgrade my services as i was getting on 3 mb download speed and oaying for 50. so i made an official complaint still not heard back anything. upgraded my line

    @virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    @virginmedia I cannot access your website via my mobile phone or on my laptop. When I call the automated line it hangs up on me and tells me to pay online. The my virgin media app just sends you to pay in browser. Your website servers are broken.

    @virginmedia Yes. This is my journey…Open VM app. Click on fault appt and there’s my booking. Then FAQ, then cancel appointment. Asks me to sign in to my VM. Scroll down to orders and appointments. Then my orders and appointments and low and behold, says I don’t have any !!!!! Total garbage.

    @virginmedia moved to a new property 12 August, told it would be a simple switch over…still without broadband. Keeping getting told there is issue in the area and will be resolved in the next 24 hrs. My partner and myself both work from home so this is a massive inconvenience.
