@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

.@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

No internet on New Year's Eve thanks to Virgin Media. I still have a lot of contacts at VM and the American company that purchased VM from Branson has done fu** all to update the network I know from experience that if you don't upgrade and maintain your network it will fail.

@virginmedia I have an email with the pre-contract documentation with an amount and a date on it. The renewal offer was for £30/month on m350 (£3 more than the new customer offer). I was paying £28 for m250, but that has went up to over £50 since this wasn't honoured before my contract ended

Hi @virginmedia I need a UK number for your engineer team. New customer as of yesterday and no broadband or land line, no engineer until the 18th Jan, simply unacceptable as this is going to cause financial loss. Not what I expected to be treated like as a new Virgin customer.
