    @virginmedia so I’ve had three weeks of hub issues 3 engineers out I tell you how to fix the issue but ignored 3rd manager to promise call backs and got nothing had 3 days wasted of my time and down service. Getting very 😡 when big companys disrespect their long term customers

    @virginmedia She also doesnt do twitter. What she needs is a manager to listen and just sort the problem. Its simple to sort so they just need to. The phobe number they gave her used all her allowance and cut her off midcall today and she is with virgin mobile

    @virginmedia don’t touch this company they turned off the internet in the LU6 1DY area this morning saying they were doing essential work it would be back on at 3pm it’s now 9:30pm & still not working having to use mobile internet to post this the company are a bunch of liers

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @Dacosta150 @Jojo_agboola Bro, I’m on Youfibre too, lovely network. I dropped virgin media broadband, not because they are bad but cos of Youfibre upload speed. Their 1000mbps download is same with their 1000 upload. I’m on You2000 and it’s been lovely. @Jojo_agboola should try it

    Hello I've had no internet for a week now I had a engineer come out on Wednesday the 26 and he said I need a new wire as the one outside was cut by workmen and another engineer came out on Thursday and I've heard nothing since help please @virginmedia

    @ConorPDunne I agree Connor. It’s time for a complete change of direction for RTÉ. I’ve lost interest in the LLS and RoT. I get RoT brings tourism to Kerry but it’s time for a change. RTÉ is still living in the times gone past. What exactly are we paying TV licence for? Virgin Media is as bad
