@virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

@a_kiwi_fox @ameliadenys @virginmedia At least in the 80s we knew there were limited modes of communication. In 2019, customer service is key 🔑 so thy should have found a way to communicate with us even if it means liasing with another competing network.

@Tomstevensuk @virginmedia That's ok mate @skytv the broadband where I live has slowed granted down to the now heavy use but my bill has gone up by about 50%. Seriously fee like these providers take the mick out of us! Charging me £150 a month for their services, jog on! Im a working man not a rich man!
