    @virginmedia I have been on chat for over 90 min trying to ask your agent why an issue in my area is still not resolved. Your agent has taken two hours to tell me there is no fault reported yet it is shown on your website and basically called me a liar. 😡

    @guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia Oddly when i tried the upgrade team, i spoke with someone within 5 minutes. They transferred me and 40 minutes later i spoke with someone else. Originally the call was regarding speed issues, but i ended up cancelling my contract early to move to another ISP.

    @virginmedia Just FYI as well I am a IT service desk engineer!! So all this rubbish I have been told (reboot router, reset router) waiting 5 days before sending engine when I said from day one I needed one! The original router been out of scope etc etc all just a joke!!!

    @virginmedia according 2 the letter we got the broadband and phone will be off again i think having ur phone though ur cable box doesn’t work ,if like us u have an emergency pendent it really messes up the system.if the box is of our pendents don’t work. there has 2 be a better way
