@virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia Permission for works I understand. Permission for parking is frankly ridiculous. Pay a simple meter fee for a two hours is all that's needed. Regardless of permission, this issue should have been assessed & addressed weeks prior to the installation date...

@virginmedia We were told it would take 3 days and after 3 days my husband phoned again and was told the form to reinstate services never got filled in so it would be up to 3 more days. We finally got reconnected the afternoon of the 22nd but we were both unable to work and had to use holiday

@virginmedia @HollyKyle2 Still happening @virginmedia, just happened with tonight's episode. Even videoplus 30 years ago knew when shows had schedule changes last minute. This isn't rocket science, what it is is utter crap and also not worthy of paying a premium price for. Get it sorted.
