    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia once again (5th time in a month) you have screwed our account up. Now it’s another 30 minute wait to talk to someone to correct an error you have claimed to have fixed (on 3 occasions) The worst ever customer service

    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

    @virginmedia Could you please highlight exactly what clause you want me to read ? I am a disabled mother of 3 with her daughter needing internet for gcse - which You can’t provide- she needs internet to study. I am NOT cancelling contract - you are - by not providing service that I pay for

    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia It's the 10th & u you can c i have been trying to get this resolved, via app & phone, since 3rd Jan!!! YOUR tests acknowledge there's a problem. We can only watch TIVO if we fully reset EVERYTIME. These issues are the box as we can watch via smart TV . WiFi is fine!

    @virginmedia I spoke to a member of your forum team on Thursday who said the only person who could fix it was in over the weekend. It’s still not fixed and now I’m being told I’ll have to wait until tomorrow.If it’s not sorted today you can cancel the whole lot and I’ll go back to @skytv

    @virginmedia Hi, no issues showing anywhere on the status page but another dropped Internet connection at 13:15 today. Literally everything drops (router shows no connection) then it comes back up a minute later. Speeds fine & Network logs show nothing. How do I get someone to look at this?
