So broadband is down and has been all yesterday and today so check status shows No known issues, so call @virginmedia only to be told expected fix date is 13th!!!!!! A week in this day and age!!!! Unbelieveable!!! #FinalStraw been a loyal customer but service has been poor lately

@nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

@virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

@virginmedia Pardon my skepticism , but a 4 day outage doesn’t really suggest fixing this is being prioritized or given the attention due . It’s crazy - and with cafes closed , we are left with no option . I also don’t want to pay for service I am not receiving .
