Your poor service has put me through hell, not being able to deal with my finances with my bank accounts etc. I cannot wait to move elsewhere once I get to the end of my current contract with you. 😡

  @virginmedia can not believe that a agent wanted to factory reset the router when a customer calls up with an issue he I have a errors on bbc and slow speeds , even though I work for virgin media . Absolute nightmare need to get a engineer out to resolve the issue

  @DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I’ve just left them for exactly the same reason. My contract had ended and they upped my package by £79 and said they couldn’t do it cheaper but new customers were the same price as my old one. No loyalty to a long standing customer
