Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

@pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

@virginmedia Yes, wired and wireless. Lights on router say its connected but no internet in house. In this case the service checker is incorrect as im seeing many others on here with same issue and the checker isnt showing for them either.

@virginmedia Yes we changed the account over but have decided that the service is poor as we got an invoice charging more than our contract payment so I had to call to correct it! Should have a cooling off period for these types of circumstances, I didn’t expect my dad to pass away suddenly!

@virginmedia @virginmedia I have been in touch with customer service since morning and was trying to tell them my Superhub is not working so an engineer can be booked for tomorrow. After a whole day wasted, an engineer is booked on Wednesday and that too I'm told it is not a morning slot.
