    @virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

    @virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

    @virginmedia I was told yesterday in a webchat that the issue is in the area and not with my phone! Apprently in the area I live you are doing enhancements or something which is the cause of the issue!

    So broadband is down and has been all yesterday and today so check status shows No known issues, so call @virginmedia only to be told expected fix date is 13th!!!!!! A week in this day and age!!!! Unbelieveable!!! #FinalStraw been a loyal customer but service has been poor lately

    @virginmedia from your own website "If we haven’t fixed the fault within 48 hours from the end of that day, you will be entitled to £8 credit per day until it’s sorted." so partial service should have something similar £16.80 doesnt even cover the time on todays calls
