When resolved ask for compensation for loss of service, inconvenience & your time. Keep records. Raise an official complaint following their process. The incident happened at a residence on Hyde Avenue in Ballinacurra Weston at around 4.30pm yesterday. A man in his 60s was taken to University Hospital Limerick to be treated for serious injuries.
