@virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia @ofcom, virgin media have Unauthorised taken £280 from a disabled customers bank account, me, when a payment of £159 was already paid to them. The bill should have been £120. Please help this is mentally distressing

@virginmedia do you think £57pm is a good deal for 350mb for a long term customer, when you are offering 500mb for £36pm and 1gb for £32pm for new customers? Is that a fair offer ?? I have consistently renewed for more than what you offer to new customers! It’s NOT right!!
