When @virginmedia answer your call just before 9pm then tell you their system gets ‘shut off’ at 9pm so Aapparently now I have to wait for the computer to restart.. 🤔🙄 Then they just hang up. Same old customer service 🙄

Update: Pretty p*ssed off on a Friday, after a crappy week, that @virginmedia, who said broadband and TV would be fixed by 5.45, then 9.45, now saying 10am tomorrow. Don't send me best wishes, just sodding fix it. #noTV, #noWifi #moneyfornothing

@virginmedia Well Done @virginmedia you have hit all time low customer service standards in my eyes. I presume my call was in relation to my compliant but after no introduction to the call Im unsure. In short, point blank refused to call back at a time I wasnt eating my dinner and hung up!!😡

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@VirginMediaIE It's the Virgin Media 1 channel that is the issue. There are no subtitles on mine, VM provider, my mam's and sisters, Eir provider. Same problem on all the televisions on Virgin Media 1 channel

@virginmedia If I am due for an upgrade, tedious but ok fine. If my BB/TV contract is up, same deal! But if I say "No" the call should be over! It's that simple. It doesn't take much to switch service providers these day, just saying!

Everyday I check my internet speed from @virginmedia. Everyday it's a gamble whether I can stream or not. Every time I actually get through to the team, I'm reminded they 'know' about the issue and tell me a different dates that it will be fixed. I give up.
