@virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

@virginmedia I thought my issue was resolved yesterday, but today I’ve had an email saying something different. I text the number again, at 11.28am, the bot replied but nothing since then?!

@virginmedia Yes I did, just this morning. The system diagnosed a fault and asked me to reset my router. I did and it started working again (as it always does tbh) and has since gone down again. I would like to know how to book an Engineer to call please ASAP! Thanks

@virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

@virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

@virginmedia worse company bad customer service their own fault a £158 bill now told another bill is due yet we have no money u til next week told 19th April pay £10 on that day then a further £46.90 when paid then were cut off every month always problems they won’t resolve

@virginmedia can I just say as a customer for nearly 10 years, if it were not for an amazing man called JM in your retentions dept, I would have left today and REFUSED to pay a disconnection fee. My last few calls and the service I received was terrible. Look after good staff.
