Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.
-
Justine (@Just_Woodbridge) reported from Wellingborough, England@virginmedia can you please confirm that you ask for debit card details to look in to account problems/problems with broadband?

Mike Epps 🇬🇧🇳🇿 (@EppsRacer) reported from Northamptonshire, England@mcintyrejack @iRacing @virginmedia Haven’t tried a router, with all the convo with VM about this potentially being fixed soon and me not wanting to blow money on one. -
Mike Epps 🇬🇧🇳🇿 (@EppsRacer) reported from Northamptonshire, England@virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.
-
