@virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

Car insurance renewals just put out there without reward unless you call to discuss, those companies & others like Virgin Media always have ‘new customer’ offers etc but nada for those with many years loyalty.
