    @guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

    @nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

    @virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

    @virginmedia This policy clearly needs to be reviewed as the impact to me, is that I currently have to use my mobile data every day, for periods of up to two hours at my own cost, just so that I can work. How is that fair and what does it say about your customer service?

    Not happy with @virginmedia at the moment. We have rung month after month to sort our bill out and yet another bill has gone out!!! You have broken my contract. Not happy at all. Robbing us of our money that they said were paying us back.

    @virginmedia @IanMorris78 A fair price for all is better than milking people for as much as you can get away with then cutting them deals. Just be transparent rather than what you did with me, which was magically find a way to offer me my old service for 1/4 the price after I’d left.

    @virginmedia your CS is atrocious. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to ensure that you terminate my services correctly. No ability to cancel online is shocking. You've continued charging me after the service should've been cancelled last month!

    @virginmedia I read I can make complaint by phone.... I was told on the phone yesterday that complaints could not be made by phone when I asked to make one. I had yo put it in writing... could you please explain, as I'm sure you can track who I spoke too
