    @virginmedia On your website the only way to verify if those details are correct is by “contacting our Customer Care team”, which is hours of waiting and often only to get cut off before I talk to someone. You guys are literally unbelievable.

    @virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

    @virginmedia Yes I did, just this morning. The system diagnosed a fault and asked me to reset my router. I did and it started working again (as it always does tbh) and has since gone down again. I would like to know how to book an Engineer to call please ASAP! Thanks

    @virginmedia Don't think we've been through all off this ? There is a problem with the cable somewhere, gets worse when it rains but you insist that the inspection pit is dry, it's not only us there's whole areas locally that's been fighting with virgin for a service that works.

    @virginmedia I'd be demanding a hub 5 but that's still in testing and don't want further issues adding to the problems I'm getting intermittently when the network is bad, plus you don't give hub 5s out because don't work with WiFi pods even though I don't use them
