@virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

@virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

@virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

@virginmedia Yes I did, just this morning. The system diagnosed a fault and asked me to reset my router. I did and it started working again (as it always does tbh) and has since gone down again. I would like to know how to book an Engineer to call please ASAP! Thanks

@virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

@virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

@virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

@virginmedia Former customer, I left VirginMedia in 2019. I did receive a letter regarding the data breach and a further letter over 6 months ago saying it was being investigated and I’ve never heard anything again.

@virginmedia Well lo and behold, Cancellations were happy cut me a deal £50.00 less a month. A hint for anyone looking, be nice to them but do the maths to work out how much they would charge a new customer and start with that figure in mind for your target price when negotiating.
