@VirginMediaCorp what does it take to speak to someone at Virgin media. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am having issues with my broadband and I can't speak to noone to rectify the issue. Waiting an hour to get through to someone. Disgusting

@virginmedia All I wanted was broadband but they kept telling me different stories that I did not know what they was saying I have never had broadband with virgin so now I am with sky they just helped me and not lecture so now my neighbours have not got virgin in protest

When @virginmedia answer your call just before 9pm then tell you their system gets ‘shut off’ at 9pm so Aapparently now I have to wait for the computer to restart.. 🤔🙄 Then they just hang up. Same old customer service 🙄

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia Well Done @virginmedia you have hit all time low customer service standards in my eyes. I presume my call was in relation to my compliant but after no introduction to the call Im unsure. In short, point blank refused to call back at a time I wasnt eating my dinner and hung up!!😡

@MoneySavingExp Just used this to get the Virgin 20Gb unlimited minutes deal for £8 month. It's supposed to be a new sim deal but I'm already an @virginmedia customer but it was painless to go through their customer service and they happily matched the deal.

@virginmedia Yesterday i had 3calls over 2hours and they cut me off i was told that i could either have my money refunded or cancel the contract free but not both which seems wrong when i havent broken the contract as it is virgin that has it wrong i eventually said keep the money just cancel
