It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

When resolved ask for compensation for loss of service, inconvenience & your time. Keep records. Raise an official complaint following their process.
