@virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

@virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

@virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

@virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

@virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

@virginmedia I accessed that using paid for @giffgaff data when your broadband was off in our area for 4th time in 6wks (or less). @Ofcom - is there any scope for auto refunds when a service is not reliable? The 24hr loss of use thing is pointless for us as its off for less - but often!

@virginmedia Our home set up was 4 days late arriving and we can't even use it as the engineer date was moved to a week later. I do hope our bills won't start until the service is up and running or I will be cancelling. Oh and the chat service is terrible. No one replies.

@virginmedia Yeah, I’ve opened an official complaint but now I’m waiting up to 72h for reconnection despite it being completely your fault. From a data security point of view this is a mind boggling error. What’s even the point of having security on accounts if this can happen?
