Plus the issue seems to come and go so I’m not sure if it would be a constant issue with a router or not.

All I want to do is make a formal complaint on service speeds and leave VIrginmedia. I have had online chats that ended with a link to another chat it and phone numbers that end in a link to a chatbot. So angry
