    @virginmedia hi, I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been spoken to on the phone when I called to talk about an account. I then had a call back and was spoke to like a deprived human being. I want to leave your service as your customer service skills are an abomination.

    @virginmedia Hi, had issues with v low WiFi speeds for 8 weeks also effecting t.v. services. Have reported constantly, awaiting WiFi pod and call from tech team, neither of which have happened, formal complaint submitted

    @virginmedia All wireless, same devices being used mobiles and PS console. M350 should be able to handle this but too often the connection is slow and drops. The VM help site is finally working but claims issue will be resolved in 24 hours? The issue has been ongoing for weeks/few months ?!
