@virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

@virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

@virginmedia why is it impossible to get to speak to an actual human being? We've been trying to get through to cancel our landline for months and get nowhere. Led round in circles until eventually the call cuts off. Can anyone help?

@virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

@virginmedia I was promised boosters and a new cable I explained that the TV is 10metres away they sent a cable 1 metre long and did not send any boosters it is this kind of non ownership of a problem why customers are fed up with virgin media a manager was meant to phone me back twice now
