    @virginmedia 3 times this week I’ve tried to cancel my contract, 3 phone calls, all of which I get cut off from when I mention the word ‘cancel’!! Coincidence? Strange how I don’t get cut off during the long time I’m on hold!?! 🤔

    @virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia @Destroyerofpiz2 I have been a customer since 1998. Been told that I cannot have a new customer deal as I would have got a welcome discount when I joined. Did not have a discount in 1998, will be leaving in July when my contract ends in July this year after 24 years.

    @virginmedia 2/2 yesterday she called again, was told there wasn’t an issue. She said as could t be resolved she wanted to leave, was told she couldn’t do that until bill was paid as she had used some data. Had to use data as can’t get calls!

    @virginmedia Nope. When I phoned up about it, some *** in Mauritius said I didn't need one and cancelled the order. He was very rude. As I said, swindle. My renewing was based on getting boosters to to up my waning signals so this is fraud, in my eyes.
