    @virginmedia 3 times this week I’ve tried to cancel my contract, 3 phone calls, all of which I get cut off from when I mention the word ‘cancel’!! Coincidence? Strange how I don’t get cut off during the long time I’m on hold!?! 🤔

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

    @virginmedia I let you guys know I'm moving and need to leave. With 15 days left of service, my internet is gone. Tried rebooting the hub. Tried completely resetting the hub. Internet light flashes green then the power light flashes green for 30 seconds each and repeat.

    @virginmedia It’s so very difficult to contact VM to resolve issues. I’ve had much publicity about the benefits for subscribers also with 02 available from Volt. I was messaged a month ago to say benefits had been applied. To date, neither our O2 or VM account has had any upgrading. Zip.

    @virginmedia I came off the call leaving the manager with the understanding that I was very unhappy with the service and didn't feel my complaint had been rectified. He stated I should contact the relevant data protection ombudsman.

    @virginmedia They couldn't explain why it was cancelled. I've been told now to raise a complaint via the ombudsman for data protection. Seems ridiculous
