Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@virginmedia Hi, done all that, effects wifi, have ordered wifi pods but out of stock. Not sure why speed so slow, I'm supposed to be getting a boost according to your helpline colleague last week

@virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

@virginmedia Hi, had issues with v low WiFi speeds for 8 weeks also effecting t.v. services. Have reported constantly, awaiting WiFi pod and call from tech team, neither of which have happened, formal complaint submitted

@virginmedia hi, I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been spoken to on the phone when I called to talk about an account. I then had a call back and was spoke to like a deprived human being. I want to leave your service as your customer service skills are an abomination.

@virginmedia No, never been asked before. And the advisor said ‘within 4 hours’, engineer turned up today, I’m not there! He said they don’t work Sunday anyway. Advisor needs some re training.

@virginmedia sick to death of not being able to access online services. Online chat not available don't recognise sign in even though signed with fingerprint. Fed up with no WiFi signal and fed up having to ring and listen to loud music. Seriously looking at leaving.

@virginmedia I hope so. I do understand that things go wrong sometimes, but VM’s procedure for reporting/complaining/getting information is very inadequate. It seems designed purely to avoid blame & compensation claims, rather than to help customers.

@virginmedia You’d think. But because the broadband occasionally comes back on for a few hours - and VM say it’s fixed - mysteriously I’m never eligible for compensation. Per my previous message.
