    @virginmedia my son would be safe in your hands and now thanks to your operatives the battery life he did have rationed has been used trouble shooting leaving him with no help, no contact home and at a time when there is a global emergency, you are happy to leave your customers..

    @virginmedia hi, do you have an email address? Calling doesn’t work, message doesn’t work fast enough (waiting for hours), submit online - done but no confirmation. I have no idea if you’ve received it or not. I just want to complain, cancel and move house.

    Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

    Anyone having problems with virgin media internet we have now past 4 weeks phone nearly every day now and working from as a foster care need it but as it keeps dropping in and out they keep saying sorting it out it’s now gone beyond a joke now

    @virginmedia brag their broadband is 100mb. What they fail to tell you is wifi will drop off to 10mb 100 times a day and cut out completely about 20 times a day then top it with you get directed to check status which comes back as working cos it has to be at the time you check 🤬

    @virginmedia It really doesn't matter if the new company cancelled the phone although I have checked with them and they say they didn't contact virgin. The fact is. I DID call to give 1 month notice to cancel. It is NOT my fault if they didn't record the call or didn't listen or whatever else
