@virginmedia hi, do you have an email address? Calling doesn’t work, message doesn’t work fast enough (waiting for hours), submit online - done but no confirmation. I have no idea if you’ve received it or not. I just want to complain, cancel and move house.

@virginmedia my son would be safe in your hands and now thanks to your operatives the battery life he did have rationed has been used trouble shooting leaving him with no help, no contact home and at a time when there is a global emergency, you are happy to leave your customers..

Anyone having problems with virgin media internet we have now past 4 weeks phone nearly every day now and working from as a foster care need it but as it keeps dropping in and out they keep saying sorting it out it’s now gone beyond a joke now

Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

@virginmedia well for the past almost 4 weeks been having problems with internet my husband had phoned nearly every day now and get told sending stuff down the line had guys come out as well and still not sort out and working from home as well need it also fostering too

Abysmal service again from Virgin Media. Two days with huge broadband problems and no ability to report or complain. Tried the phone line, recorded message, tried website says my email invalid. Tried webchat, not currently available.

@virginmedia Not a problem, this actually wasn't via Twitter, these were real emails. They used a person's name that I know as the name on the email but the domain was @virginmedia.com it seems they are somehow using your domain name and sending it out to random people and possibly companies.

@virginmedia , awful service as a new customer. Get an email telling me you’re posting me my “QuickStart install pack” in 14 days. I spend over an 1hr 30 on the phone to be told I can have it in 6 days instead as it’s self install, ask to book it in and get told I can’t have it!

@virginmedia - part 2 - after all that they can’t book the date. I ask about complaints & they don’t know anything on complaints. Not great for a new customer purchasing your “Ultimate” bundle. Resolve my complaint & get me an earlier appointment as oringally advised.

Spoken with retentions team after 8pm and now told installation has been reset for 21at September. In summation I’ve made 7 calls, spoken with at least 12 people who were unable to help me, and my installation has been pushed back 12 days. @virginmedia is this acceptable service?
