    @virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

    @VirginMediaCorp what does it take to speak to someone at Virgin media. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am having issues with my broadband and I can't speak to noone to rectify the issue. Waiting an hour to get through to someone. Disgusting

    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    When @virginmedia answer your call just before 9pm then tell you their system gets ‘shut off’ at 9pm so Aapparently now I have to wait for the computer to restart.. 🤔🙄 Then they just hang up. Same old customer service 🙄

    @virginmedia All I wanted was broadband but they kept telling me different stories that I did not know what they was saying I have never had broadband with virgin so now I am with sky they just helped me and not lecture so now my neighbours have not got virgin in protest

    @virginmedia Well Done @virginmedia you have hit all time low customer service standards in my eyes. I presume my call was in relation to my compliant but after no introduction to the call Im unsure. In short, point blank refused to call back at a time I wasnt eating my dinner and hung up!!😡

    @virginmedia They’ve visited 3 times now, and since I managed to get hold of the engineer first thing Friday to say it’s still not working they said they are escalating it… still not heard back from them even though I can’t work from home with my current WiFi !!

    @virginmedia my new Firestick 4k cannot connect, old Firestick has no issues, new one can find the WiFi (v good signal) but just says connection issues. Can set up new Firestick via hotspot so not hardware? Done all the reboots etc - any suggestions?

    @virginmedia I signed up for it via Virgin Media who prompted me to also log into O2. We never heard anything and neither your website or O2’s offer any way to figure out what’s going on. I’ve not spoken to you about Volt before.
