@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

@virginmedia I was told yesterday in a webchat that the issue is in the area and not with my phone! Apprently in the area I live you are doing enhancements or something which is the cause of the issue!

@virginmedia There is no planned outage or anything - the automated system check just flag that the device is offline even though we have reset and master reset. Even told to try every day to find an earlier appointment with the engineer.
