Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

@virginmedia Yes, I’ve checked them. The thing I’m annoyed about is the lack of notice. I’m an environment where a huge amount of people are still working from home, having no notice is terrible. The timing isn’t great either!

Thank you @virginmedia for destroying my meetings this morning. It would’ve been nice to get a warning that you were taking out ALL the internet. I was dropped from one meeting and couldn’t even inform my next lot because I have no internet and your mobile network is shocking.
