@virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

@virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

@virginmedia Hiya, yeah I rebooted my phone and followed some other troubleshooting steps to no avail. Signal returned about 10 mins ago and seems to be ok now, but there was a period of maybe three hours with none at all. I'll keep my eye on it, thanks.

@virginmedia No issues in my area. It was wireless on my phone right next to the router. The weak signal has been a pretty much constant issue. We've had engineers out and it fixes it temporarily. Also the superhub 3 light is orange, not sure what that means (have pinhole reset it etc)

@virginmedia Says Unavailable or it works for mins then says unavailable.Apparently this was a WiFi problem and we should upgrade.Then it was equipment and an engineer would come out, except they didn’t.Spent hours on the phone and just as we get to the right dept it cuts off! Prob your wifi
