@virginmedia hi, I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been spoken to on the phone when I called to talk about an account. I then had a call back and was spoke to like a deprived human being. I want to leave your service as your customer service skills are an abomination.

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@virginmedia Yeah so the loyal customer is treated like dirt once again by Virgin Media. I will definitely be changing provider asap and I would advise anyone else in the same situation as myself. Virgin Media shows only contempt for long standing loyal customers.

@virginmedia It really isnt okay. £5 a day isnt going to cut it. There are contractors who dont get paid if they dont work. How could you do this to people???? we pay for the service and it is hardly cheap.

@virginmedia That we have to wait for the council to allow for street work to repair my service. But this person is the 7th person I have spoken to and they have only just told me this. I feel so parred off - on sunday, someone practically promised this would be sorted tuesday?
