    @virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

    @mcintyrejack @iRacing @virginmedia Haven’t tried a router, with all the convo with VM about this potentially being fixed soon and me not wanting to blow money on one. Plus the issue seems to come and go so I’m not sure if it would be a constant issue with a router or not.

    @virginmedia @ofcom, virgin media have Unauthorised taken £280 from a disabled customers bank account, me, when a payment of £159 was already paid to them. The bill should have been £120. Please help this is mentally distressing

Raise an official complaint following their process. If unhappy with their response complain to CISA, their ombudsman. Consider switching. Good luck!

    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia The same...upgraded to the 350 from 200 and this is now my norm, tested multiple times of day and night, and to top it off I can't even get hold of you guys I wait for 45/50mins get put through to about 3different people to be then told there's no problem in our area..😤

    @virginmedia The technician came and said the wifi is terrible. 25 per cent in the bedroom and living room. He said he would put in his notes. Didn't bring a booster with him despite the fact that's the reasons he was there for wifi issues!! I'm no in week three of trying to resolve this
