    @nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

    @virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

    @virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

    @virginmedia No. However, the My Virgin Media app informs me that there is a problem in the area which will not be fixed until tomorrow. I will use this app to report any further issues. Not happy that this is a regular problem.

    @wordsbypage @virginmedia @BTGroup Friends overseas who move house tell me how reliable their broadband is, or how cheap it is, or how quickly it is to install. None of this variably download speeds nonsense or three plus weeks for an installation, it’s consistent service & move in day installation.

    @virginmedia My house was only built 5 years ago on a small development of about 25 houses, we all registered but with only 25 properties the demand isn't there? Our internet is really bad and I'm worried it will cost me my job!
