    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @virginmedia I'm having a nightmare of a time trying to get my contract/bundle reduced. I've called 4 times with no success. Communication issues and your representative just hung up on me after making noises down the phone pretending there was interference after 43 mins! Help!

    @virginmedia So basically to terminate my services I need to speak to an agent but I can’t speak to an agent because they don’t pick up the phone What a cracking business model that is then once you’ve joined your snookered No wonder you advertise nobody likes to leave Virgin Media You Can’t

    @virginmedia Thanks but your app doesn’t work. when I call and go through the IVR it tests the line, the line is fine, but the wifi connection is shocking. I just want to speak to a human being- your live chat, web chat, text chat, and IVR prohibit this. Is there no simpler solution?

    @virginmedia The WiFi signal continually drops out. I have a booster which worked for a bit but isn’t any longer. I’m even having problems with wired connections. When you run a test from your end it looks ok but it’s not. I think it’s an issue with the router.

    @virginmedia No internet since Sunday. Not getting fixed until tomorrow. Tried 3 separate departments, (having held for 15 mins+ on each) for help. No one can do anything. Just not good enough.
