  • sszmidt199 Stephen Szmidt (@sszmidt199) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@RogerProtzBeer @virginmedia This is totally unacceptable. When resolved ask for compensation for loss of service, inconvenience & your time. Keep records. Raise an official complaint following their process. If unhappy with their response complain to CISA, their ombudsman. Consider switching. Good luck!

@mcintyrejack @iRacing @virginmedia Haven’t tried a router, with all the convo with VM about this potentially being fixed soon and me not wanting to blow money on one. Plus the issue seems to come and go so I’m not sure if it would be a constant issue with a router or not.

@virginmedia They have been with @virginmedia for years. They did change their package they needed from a few months ago, but have paid you thousands over the whole time as a customer. They didn’t want to cancel. The fact you can’t continue their service for them, and making them pay...cont

  • scottworsfold scott worsfold (@scottworsfold) reported from Oundle, England

@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. In short, no, as you don’t service the new address my parents are going. We wanted and are willing to continue with you if you had. So in our eyes no contact is being broken, but you can’t supply what we need. You still want to charge my retired..cont

  • HayleyWhite36 Hunnybun's Bracelets (@HayleyWhite36) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@virginmedia it seems that your cancellation dept call centre is closed due to the virus, I’ve tried to cancel my account & tried to message you online but neither appear to be possible, I’m just going round in circles. I haven’t renewed my contract or take you with me. Help

  • acton68 Sam Wyatt (@acton68) reported from Market Harborough, England

@virginmedia please please please can someone please contact me. All I want to do is make a formal complaint on service speeds and leave VIrginmedia. I have had online chats that ended with a link to another chat it and phone numbers that end in a link to a chatbot. So angry

  • juliac43 julia crimp (@juliac43) reported

@virginmedia They’re not interested, spoken to 4 different people. At the end of the conversation yesterday I said I would take my business elsewhere and was told ok then and they hung up, the service is disgusting

  • aurelmondon Aurelien Mondon (@aurelmondon) reported

@andrewjdunne @virginmedia Their customer support is absolutely dreadful... They know we don't have much choice so why would they care... Let me know if you get through to them though!

  • 71simon Simon (@71simon) reported

@virginmedia We have one PC connected over ethernet, and that is fine. We get a loss of broadband service occasionally, with the green lights on the router, maybe 5 or 6 times a month, but the main issue is with the WiFi.

  • ChairborneG G (@ChairborneG) reported

@virginmedia By keep hanging up when I ask to make a SAR under GDPR!? If everyone who was treated like crap by your customer support raised a complaint with the Communication and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS) backed with evidence from a SAR, you would soon change!!

  • adam_brown72 🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@adam_brown72) reported

@Hillybilly1409 @virginmedia Mate don't beat about the bush with them, cancel the direct debit there is absolutely nothing they will do.

  • askhighton highton design studio (@askhighton) reported

@virginmedia Yes, unfortunately to no avail they would rather let you go to another provider than try and keep you as a customer strange way to run a business.
