  @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

  @virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

  @virginmedia Yes I did, just this morning. The system diagnosed a fault and asked me to reset my router. I did and it started working again (as it always does tbh) and has since gone down again. I would like to know how to book an Engineer to call please ASAP! Thanks

  @GoonerJo2201 @virginmedia It doesn't matter much now. As I intend to take my life as what virgin media don't know. Is that my mother and father abused me most of my life. And maybe since I never got her unconditional love as she loved only through money. I wanted to use the only thing she gives me now. Since she wouldn't call virgin to explain.   A man in his 40s has died after being struck by his van near Luke’s Bridge in Gortnaleck, Grange, Co Sligo. The collision happened at around 3.55pm yesterday (Saturday). Gardaí said the incident involved “a van and a pedestrian, the owner of the vehicle”. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and Gardai are appealing for witnesses.  More on Virgin Media PLAY.
