    @virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

    @virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

    @virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

    @virginmedia It’s ok I’m leaving and a complaint is I. As I’m not happy I’m not getting g 5G and your putting price up also. I was told buy an agent I can’t get 5G on my sim only when I enquired recently so I was told a pack of lies. And is and iPhone so it should be supported device.

    @virginmedia a split second power cut last night caused our router to reset. When it finally did, the network name was wiped so was not picked up by any device. Eventually managed it. Is this a normal occurence or is my device faulty?
