    @virginmedia hi, I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been spoken to on the phone when I called to talk about an account. I then had a call back and was spoke to like a deprived human being. I want to leave your service as your customer service skills are an abomination.

    @virginmedia Bring fast wifi to your customers, i teach from home and suffer from intermittent signals, loss of signal while teaching and am told switch off/on your router or reset it. No other advice or solution. Its a joke. Nevermind boxsets on tv cutting off. U can do better.

    @Insomniac_LIVE @virginmedia damn! I was with Sky at my mum's and had no issues, then went to BT with my flatmate and it's been good! you might not get 100mb+ like virgin, but the 20mbps+ from BT and Sky is perfect for streaming.

    @Randymash @virginmedia Sky is even worse unfortunatly 😥 We've tried pretty much all the broadbands and they're all scummy and give u half assed ****. If only there was a way to sue these *******. They gave us half strength of our package for a full price for years before i got into streaming. :/
