    @virginmedia hi, I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been spoken to on the phone when I called to talk about an account. I then had a call back and was spoke to like a deprived human being. I want to leave your service as your customer service skills are an abomination.

    @virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

    @virginmedia Well that’s nicely balanced in your favour. I pay a lot of money for Virgin. I pay money for Netflix and Amazon but I can’t watch them but you only compensate for a TOTAL loss of service. A nonsense.

    @HannonPete @virginmedia You should be able to turn the heating on via the thermostat when my internet was off the other week had no problem controlling the heating directly from my hive thermostat just couldn’t use the app that’s all

    @virginmedia For over a month I’ve had constant problems with broadband,engineer came today to replace my outside box, now I find I’ve got no broadband at all, I tried phoning and after all the recorded messages etc, it says office is closed! 🤬@Ofcom
