@virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

@virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

So broadband is down and has been all yesterday and today so check status shows No known issues, so call @virginmedia only to be told expected fix date is 13th!!!!!! A week in this day and age!!!! Unbelieveable!!! #FinalStraw been a loyal customer but service has been poor lately

@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

Our truly useless Virgin Media broadband is down yet again. Appalling service, they can't keep it running for even 3 days. No doubt more meaningless replies from them in 12 hours when it is working, rather than just making sure to provide a service that doesn't keep failing.

@virginmedia No this was over WhatsApp. No resolution was agreed. I was told someone would contact me and they didn’t bother and closed the complaint. After I brought it to attention on here however someone did try and contact me by phone. When I answered they hung up and haven’t called back.
