    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @virginmedia Your website in fact says no issues in my postcode. I then test my hub and there are known issues. Conflicting comms. Again shambolic for us people working from home.Can I bill you my day rate to compensate for the loss? Don’t even go there with business line. As it’s an outage
