@virginmedia we have a package which includes Talk Anytime. We use a phonecard to call family in Ireland and have issue where after about 7 or 8 minutes the call cuts out and I wanted to ask if this is some sort of restriction Virgin put in place when using a phonecard?

@virginmedia To turn off router, check wires and try again. I have the tall square one, Hub4 I think. The band of light regularly starts flashing and then we cannot get on the internet. I’ve been with Virgin for years - I never had an issue until I was given that hub.
