@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia I don’t as the connection drop only happens for a minute. The only time it’s an issue is if I have to reset the router. This can take 10 mins. When I have checked it is okay.

@virginmedia I checked the status and had no faults reported. It was just a consistent issue that only occurred whilst trying to route on VM. Using a VPN completely resolved any connectivity issues. And this is a regular occurrence that’s becoming seriously problematic.

@virginmedia Hi. Service checker site doesn't work I'm afriad. Broadband is better however now just very slow. At least consistent though. Any idea when we can expect the issue to be resolved?
