    @virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

    @virginmedia I just don't want @virginmedia to claim that I didn't cancel in time. I have been trying to contact you to cancel for 2 days now. Although an apology is very much appreciated, I need to give a month's notice before leaving Virgin. Please could you suggest an alternative way.
