Gary Cross (@garycross) reported from Corby, England@virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.
