    @virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

    @virginmedia Already phoned customer service and the installation team just get put on hold and transferred somewhere else. No answers just idiots looking at computer screens and reading from a script no one knows what’s going on. Absolute joke of a company should have stayed with sky.

    @virginmedia after weeks of trying and failing to cancel my account with you I finally succeeded on 10th March. I paid my final payment and was told that was that. Now you've sent me another bill for 2 months worth of a service I haven't had for 3 months at 2x my original rate!
