    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia Ultimate oomph customer, but speeds for the last few days have been anywhere between 0.1mbps and 100mbps. Not good enough when it should be 500mbps+. Resetting the router works for all of about 5 minutes. Can you help please?

    @virginmedia our wifi keeps dropping out - happening for 2 months. Been talking to support for weeks. Replacement hub didnt fix it, we've had two engineer visits and still broken. We need this fixed as frankly it's unacceptable service. What can you do?

    @virginmedia I have three separate contracts now on my VM. All different. None properly reflect the Ultimate Oomph bundle that includes 2x V6 for £111 & that was my initial complaint. I’ve called various numbers and either get a message saying call centres are closed or a 1 hour wait.
