    @virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

    @virginmedia Could you please highlight exactly what clause you want me to read ? I am a disabled mother of 3 with her daughter needing internet for gcse - which You can’t provide- she needs internet to study. I am NOT cancelling contract - you are - by not providing service that I pay for

    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    @virginmedia That is a joke - as I want to take @virginmedia with me - so are you saying I should be choosing a house based on virgin media’s’ service ??? it’s not my fault you don’t service the area.... why am I being penalised ? You are breaking the contract by not providing the service.

    @ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

    @virginmedia On your website the only way to verify if those details are correct is by “contacting our Customer Care team”, which is hours of waiting and often only to get cut off before I talk to someone. You guys are literally unbelievable.

    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia This should have all been completed by approximately 10:00 on Thursday. The service is not a good advert for Virgin and the repeated mantra of the ticket SLA by the phone operators is abysmal

    @virginmedia Not good enough. Providing the policy does not answer my issues at all. I am unable to connect ethernet cables around my home in order to get speeds of over 100MB. So I must rely on WIFI. Which is consistently <200. Why has the WIFI signal become so poor?

    @virginmedia So how come no-one is telling me this and how come when the 1st appointment was booked it wasn’t mentioned and as far as I am aware other than a few spray paint marks on the ground no one has been near my property so to assume something which may not be correct is bad planning

    @virginmedia The guy I spoke with today said wait 30 days then use the ofcom speed test results to end the contract!! I've been a customer for 12 years, moved house 4 months ago (4 doors down!!) and since then my wifi/broadband has been non existent...😒

    @virginmedia Typical virgin media, the link doesn't work, just takes me to a blank page. The only reason we stay with you is because no one else can do decent broadband connection in our area otherwise we'd go back to sky like a shot. They do great customer service & actually get things done
