    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

    @virginmedia Yes. Following a few seconds of the buffering circle, there is message that begins "Something went wrong playing this programme." followed by a few suggested fixes that I've tried but haven't solved the problem. There's a number 02100 in the top right hand corner of the message.

    Hi @richardbranson, your @virginmedia support and billing team is completely useless & needs extra training. They charged me almost 3x more than actualbill twice, accepted the error and agreed to refund; but again same errors & no adj. Forget @virgingalactic; Focus on earth🤐

    @jayjayuk85 @Voipfonestatus @Voipfone It is such a shame as I moved over to avoid using VirginMedia's half baked voip service so that I never missed any business calls when the internet was down, yet here we are not long as a customer loosing business calls. The staff at VoipFone are very helpful but this aint.
