    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    So unbelievably fed up of @virginmedia broadband that constantly drops out. I pay almost £100 a month for packages that are just useless if the connection goes down. Can't work from home or teach remotely under these conditions.

    @Starlink Exciting times. VIRGIN MEDIA BULLIES NEED KNOCKING DOWN MANY PEGS. MY PREVIOUS CONTRACT STARTED AT £36.. WITHIN 2 YEARS IT ROSE TO £92 FOR A BASIC INTERNET PACKAGE. CONTRACT ENDED I MOVED ASAP. NOT REALISING VIRGIN WERE STILL CHARGING ME, RACKING UP A DEBT. RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY THEM. I OFFERED 50% AND THEY POINT BLANK REFUSED. THE WORST CUSTOMER LOYALTY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

    Absolute quality service from @virginmedia as always. Broadband not working all morning, it might be fixed by 7pm, whoop whoop. 150 quid a month well spent. Daylight robbery.
