@virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

Things I have done whilst currently being on hold waiting to speak to @virginmedia (all true) Had a shower Made a cup of Tea Heated up and eaten my dinner Things I plan to do now.... Take a long weekend break Get married.......again Switch to a new supplier.....hang Up!!!!!!

So broadband is down and has been all yesterday and today so check status shows No known issues, so call @virginmedia only to be told expected fix date is 13th!!!!!! A week in this day and age!!!! Unbelieveable!!! #FinalStraw been a loyal customer but service has been poor lately

@virginmedia Almost everyday. Last time we were told that the problem was fixed but no one had attended. The engineer was sat outside in the van for an hour and drove off without coming in. We were told we had signed it off. Virgin keep fobbing us off with new dates- last was the 14th jan!?!
