    @virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia So after 1 month fo waiting for internet i have it for 3 days before it goes down. Spend an hour looking into it to find out you are doing work in the area and ill have no internet till 6pm with no notice. How am i supposed to work exactly?!
