So, nothing has been resolved.

It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

It doesn't matter who I'm downloading from. Your atrocious customer service is why I never bothered calling again.

You can not settle down to watch anything that requires a connection because you get thrown out umpteen times. The frustration 🤬. Please sort it out.
