    Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

    @virginmedia 3 times this week I’ve tried to cancel my contract, 3 phone calls, all of which I get cut off from when I mention the word ‘cancel’!! Coincidence? Strange how I don’t get cut off during the long time I’m on hold!?! 🤔

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia Yes as its not the first time we've had these issues. Constantly restarting and resetting it. It's well away from any other electronic device so no interference there.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried cancelling your service 5 times in the last week. WhatsApp, over the phone, live chat etc. All mysteriously disconnecting or going unresponsive before I can complete the process. This is hugely unprofessional.

    @virginmedia I am going to call to disconnect the lot pay whatever I have to just to get out of the contract and then I am off to sky. This house had sky before and zero issues in any room. All went wrong when I upped the speed. Like the router is dodgy or something.
