@virginmedia 3 times this week I’ve tried to cancel my contract, 3 phone calls, all of which I get cut off from when I mention the word ‘cancel’!! Coincidence? Strange how I don’t get cut off during the long time I’m on hold!?! 🤔

@virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

@pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

@virginmedia No you haven’t yet. Your advisors on live chat seem to just look at our account and say Netflix is on there. They can’t grasp that Virgin sent us an email stating they suspended our Netflix and now we have no Netflix as Virgin removed themselves as payment method. No help at all.
