@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

Oh dear. After a brief online chat @virginmedia referred me to their user forum. Not had time to delve deep yet, but what I *have* seen is dozens and dozens of people with similar, eg: "I have intermitent internet & wifi, it drops out at least 100 times a day, can anyone help?"

@virginmedia What do you think? The same as everyone else? Terrible internet connection. Cant play any games on playstation. Takes ages to load things on phone too. Internet on phone keeps fluctuating and on playstation ping is from 14 to 400ms
