    @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

    @virginmedia On your website the only way to verify if those details are correct is by “contacting our Customer Care team”, which is hours of waiting and often only to get cut off before I talk to someone. You guys are literally unbelievable.

    @virginmedia Yes I did, just this morning. The system diagnosed a fault and asked me to reset my router. I did and it started working again (as it always does tbh) and has since gone down again. I would like to know how to book an Engineer to call please ASAP! Thanks

    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia I’m using wifi when I’m travelling. No problems when I’m using my laptop at home. It’s when I’m away from gone using wifi. Been doing it since September with no issues at all. It started yesterday morning. Tested other devices too unsuccessfully.

    @virginmedia Nope, not to be rude, the site is useless and rarely tells you that there's an issue in the area sadly. I just checked the speed, it does seem to be normal again but it did that earlier then dropped back down, just crossing my fingers it's fixed now.
