Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

Justine (@Just_Woodbridge) reported from Wellingborough, England@virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

Each time she speaks to you she's given a different story, amount to pay etc. You need to sort your service out
