@JoshPainter1998 @virginmedia Yeah, I’ve had intermittent packet loss / instability issues for weeks now. Affects my esports gaming which is on live television, great advert for them. Have had five deadlines now for when their loca work will be finished and problems sorted. Literally baffled.

@RogerProtzBeer @virginmedia This is totally unacceptable. When resolved ask for compensation for loss of service, inconvenience & your time. Keep records. Raise an official complaint following their process. If unhappy with their response complain to CISA, their ombudsman. Consider switching. Good luck!

@virginmedia @ofcom, virgin media have Unauthorised taken £280 from a disabled customers bank account, me, when a payment of £159 was already paid to them. The bill should have been £120. Please help this is mentally distressing

@virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

@mcintyrejack @iRacing @virginmedia Haven’t tried a router, with all the convo with VM about this potentially being fixed soon and me not wanting to blow money on one. Plus the issue seems to come and go so I’m not sure if it would be a constant issue with a router or not.

@virginmedia on a 200mbps download package and I’m averaging 9mbps this morning! I understand there might be heavier traffic at the moment, but we can’t do any work from home with such poor service!! #stayconnected I would if I could!!

Initially I was confused by the rock solid and low RTTs... with that ping running, we got perfect results, and he could always play. I tried disabling it, and things broke down again very quickly... IIRC this was Virgin Media (over ADSL?) Some ISPs are cheeky... 🤦

@virginmedia The price increase, I am aware that I can cancel without any charges, but have spoken to two advisors who have told me that I would be subject to those charges if I left. Only when I insisted did they “check” and confirm that I was correct. It’s not good customer service.

@virginmedia Thanks for getting back to me Yes, phoned Virgin and O2 yesterday. O2 said they can't do anything, as no order showing or any customer details related to my address. They seem to think only Virgin can initiate the account creation with them.
