When resolved ask for compensation for loss of service, inconvenience & your time. Keep records. Raise an official complaint following their process. If unhappy with their response complain to CISA, their ombudsman. Consider switching. Good luck!

Plus the issue seems to come and go so I’m not sure if it would be a constant issue with a router or not.

I tried calling but call centres are closed and theres no obvious to do it on the app. Any help!

'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

Here you are now telling me it is a SIP issue all along and the issue IS INDEED down to the Virgin equipment. Jeez... give me strength.....

Steve Donovan (@SteveDonovan1) reported@virginmedia All the way along, my IT guys have advised that it's likely a SIP issue. Your visiting engineer denied it was a SIP issue and "nothing to do with Virgin or the kit". His tech guy that he called denied it was a SIP issue. His supervisor denied it was a SIP issue.
