Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia All I wanted was broadband but they kept telling me different stories that I did not know what they was saying I have never had broadband with virgin so now I am with sky they just helped me and not lecture so now my neighbours have not got virgin in protest

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia While I’ve been trying to get help from you, my husband has been on the phone. Most of it holding, for 55 minutes. On top of at least two hours yesterday and two earlier today. He thinks customer services are deliberately trying to get him to hang up. WE WANT A CALL BACK.

@virginmedia It is in modem mode. We have to have a third part router due to our work. It has never been an issue in the two years we’ve had it. Router test is sat. Virgin modem is not.

@virginmedia No kne follows the compensation scheme and the operators know nothing what they are talking about. Now they tell me I need to wait until 31st of August (earliest). 1st of august was the date that I was supposed to have internet. 30 days of no service £157 and they offer £36🤯

@virginmedia Yeah that really doesn’t help me or the fact that I am going to have to try and use my phone data to work from due to #VirginMedia incompetence. Half a job Bob seems to have been employed to stick a box on the outside of the house… yet the pre pull isn’t complete? What a joke.
