Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

@JoshPainter1998 @virginmedia Yeah, I’ve had intermittent packet loss / instability issues for weeks now. Affects my esports gaming which is on live television, great advert for them. Have had five deadlines now for when their loca work will be finished and problems sorted. Literally baffled.

@virginmedia @ofcom, virgin media have Unauthorised taken £280 from a disabled customers bank account, me, when a payment of £159 was already paid to them. The bill should have been £120. Please help this is mentally distressing

@virginmedia I have on many occasions. I'm told to just wait another day and that they don't know what the issue/ cause is (they presume a cable fix has been completed and that the engineer may be doing a day or more of testing). I don't like assumptions and guesses, hence escalated here.
