    @VirginMediaCorp what does it take to speak to someone at Virgin media. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am having issues with my broadband and I can't speak to noone to rectify the issue. Waiting an hour to get through to someone. Disgusting

    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia All I wanted was broadband but they kept telling me different stories that I did not know what they was saying I have never had broadband with virgin so now I am with sky they just helped me and not lecture so now my neighbours have not got virgin in protest

    @littleclibe @virginmedia The 12th December deadline is only an assurance from their customer service. The VM online service/fault update portal says nothing for LS6. I live in a basement flat. I don't even have strong mobile signals to work on hotspot. What are we supposed to do?

    @virginmedia The on line payment flagged up 'You were having tech issues' this directed me to call 0800 52 1107 (I think it said) rang that.. paid via that service but then that stated 'you were having issues'. Stayed on the line to agent who then informs me the payment went through . .

    @virginmedia Still no closer to getting my order processed - been told ‘to wait’ by more call agents than you can imagine, all of whom are unable to actually progress my order. Do the ‘back-room’ staff actually exist? If so, why does it take over a week to resolve a simple issue.

    @virginmedia The answer is the fact that external cabling work to enable the service just simply wasn't done, with no explanation as to why (for a month). And as a result I have to wait another month for it to be done again. It's absurd.
