Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

@pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

Gotta love when @virginmedia delays an SNR issue for the third time in 2 weeks. Paid them £200 within the space of a month. Surely they’d be expected to get it sorted by now. If it wasn’t for the speeds I’d be long gone by now. Useless company.

@WaterInMyOtter @virginmedia Just ditch them, I've found swapping providers usually clears up issues better than trying to do customer service. I'm Plusnet and they're good in my neck of the woods, but check around for what's good in your area as it varies wildly across the country.
