@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

@nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

@guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

Yay, so even though the majority of the country are either not working, or on a reduced furlough rate, companies such as @NetflixUK & @virginmedia are putting my bills up for the same service they have always provided. Talk about kicking the customer when they are down...yay!

@virginmedia I’m not discussing on here and I don’t have the characters needed. I’m not getting the speed promised. I have not received a call back from a manager as promised. I’m not getting a reliable internet service. I’m about to be charged a lot more@for a service I’m not getting!

@virginmedia As usual there are no known issues in my area. Yes before you ask I've reset my router and performed a factory reset and I'm wired. Getting fed up of this ****. You guys are actively throttling upload at this point.
