  @virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

  Appalled at Virgin Media @virginmedia I was paying £105 a month for a TV package and landline phone I never use. All I want is the broadband. So I try to fix this and get told that having the internet alone will cost more more than the 'improved' £65 contract for all 3 things!

  @virginmedia hi , this new 360 software and remote are absolutely **** !!! Should never of got pushed into it by your company!!! The remote is rubbish and cheaply made for a £100 a month package im paying for!!!! Crap so get it fixed
