    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @virginmedia I’m suffering packet loss on my broadband. The status page says there’s no issues in my area for broadband, but upon testing, says there are issues in my postcode. It’s a bit Schrödinger’s.
