  @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

  @virginmedia Yes I did, just this morning. The system diagnosed a fault and asked me to reset my router. I did and it started working again (as it always does tbh) and has since gone down again. I would like to know how to book an Engineer to call please ASAP! Thanks

  @virginmedia I’m in the unenviable position of having my broadband with virgin and my mobile with O2 I currently have internet cutting out constantly and a phone that can’t get a signal in the backwaters of Cambridge and I pay for this awful service
