    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

    @virginmedia 3 times this week I’ve tried to cancel my contract, 3 phone calls, all of which I get cut off from when I mention the word ‘cancel’!! Coincidence? Strange how I don’t get cut off during the long time I’m on hold!?! 🤔

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

    @virginmedia I’ll just check we can’t even use our heating because it runs off of Wi-Fi I’ve checked all the connections they’re all solid are you sure there isn’t a problem again in this area because it took two hours yesterday before we found out there was a problem it kept saying all ok

    @virginmedia The single *********** light. I have rebooted the hub 3 times now. Service provision ranges from 100Mb download to zero, then back again. Ping varies from 9ms to 900ms. Am I the only person reporting a fault in the SM5 2PH postcode area?

    @virginmedia So that’s a yes then! Honestly you’re the worst company in the world for customer service. I’ve got to now call you which is going to cost me money. My broadband isn’t working so I’m using my mobile providers data, costing me money and you have to cheek to put my bill up!
