@virginmedia why is it impossible to get to speak to an actual human being? We've been trying to get through to cancel our landline for months and get nowhere. Led round in circles until eventually the call cuts off. Can anyone help?

@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia Yes. Apple TV keeps disconnecting, PlayStation is rarely able to sign in to its online account, Zoom calls are a lottery if the connection will allow. We’ve had 3 modem replacements and it continues. (Last replacement this week) Light is white, nothing else lit.

@virginmedia He transferred me to a contract specialist who sorted it out in 5 mins, and credited me the difference back into myaccount that I had paid, the guy I first talked said they needed to investigate first,did mention he was in Asia and it’s a poor country but thanked Virgin for a job
