    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    @virginmedia 3 times this week I’ve tried to cancel my contract, 3 phone calls, all of which I get cut off from when I mention the word ‘cancel’!! Coincidence? Strange how I don’t get cut off during the long time I’m on hold!?! 🤔

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia Internet down again in NN5. There is no issue with the equipment or set up. What is the issue locally? Goes down about 8-10 times for 30 mins or so every day. Please can you respond ASAP.

    @virginmedia you seem to have lost your signal on the TV and when you change channels it retains the channel before so this is massive knitting on the screen with bits of different programs then it cleared for awhile and then it came back on certain channels.

    @virginmedia once again, virgin media stream let's me down, all channels frozen for last 20 mins except BBC ones.. Have had nothing but hassle with this,considering I was expecting the recordable version.. Total BS..

    @virginmedia my TiVo box isn't working. Working fine until 11am when started glitching then went off. Ive rebooted several times & keeps saying "channel is not authorised please contact virgin media" Ive been trying to get through & been on hold for nearly 2hrs . Help Pls 😭
