    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

    @virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

    @virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

    @virginmedia why is it impossible to get to speak to an actual human being? We've been trying to get through to cancel our landline for months and get nowhere. Led round in circles until eventually the call cuts off. Can anyone help?

    @virginmedia I was trying to resolve a query on my Bill which is now ok. Contact options: Phone-1hr wait Webchat-didn't work Email-I get a 404 error Only other option-complaint (28 days turnover) 1200 fulltime callcentre staff is not enough to serve 5mil+ customers... Can you sort this out?

    @virginmedia lovely GDPR breach from yourselves. Transferred my account when I moved out to a remaining tenant yet you still keep emailing me their bills, arrears notices and receipts! How incompetent are you? Logged a complaint only to be fobbed off you couldn’t verify me!
