    So broadband is down and has been all yesterday and today so check status shows No known issues, so call @virginmedia only to be told expected fix date is 13th!!!!!! A week in this day and age!!!! Unbelieveable!!! #FinalStraw been a loyal customer but service has been poor lately

    @virginmedia Well Done @virginmedia you have hit all time low customer service standards in my eyes. I presume my call was in relation to my compliant but after no introduction to the call Im unsure. In short, point blank refused to call back at a time I wasnt eating my dinner and hung up!!😡

    Things I have done whilst currently being on hold waiting to speak to @virginmedia (all true) Had a shower Made a cup of Tea Heated up and eaten my dinner Things I plan to do now.... Take a long weekend break Get married.......again Switch to a new supplier.....hang Up!!!!!!

    @virginmedia I was told yesterday in a webchat that the issue is in the area and not with my phone! Apprently in the area I live you are doing enhancements or something which is the cause of the issue!

    @virginmedia Try telling that to the kids on school holidays!!! Its more ive not had any updates as I requested to keep me up to date! Really poor service, it will be quicker to leave to another provider!

    When @virginmedia answer your call just before 9pm then tell you their system gets ‘shut off’ at 9pm so Aapparently now I have to wait for the computer to restart.. 🤔🙄 Then they just hang up. Same old customer service 🙄

    @virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

    @virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

    @virginmedia can someone please dm me. Trying to cancel my Mum's broadband, the contract ends in 2 weeks and she doesn't need to renew her contract. Been on phone 2 hours being passed around department's, cut off 4 times, even put through to a bereavement dept! Thank you!

    @virginmedia No, the ability to press down on the navigation ring does not work, everything else is fine, this is simply a faulty remote that needs replacing. I have been charged over £40 for a previous call to your 0345 line, happy for someone to contact me from your side.

    @virginmedia MD gradual drop out over 6 months. Jumping from H to E now total loss of 4G + major 📞 signal drop out, call cut outs. Your call center doesn't support my hearing impairment [Hyperacusis] & I'm currently visually impaired so how do we resolve this issue?

    @virginmedia I dont even care about the fee John, you are missing the point entirely. You and your team are not even trying to make reparation for the situation. I have wasted my morning and you cant seem to make a booking for a further two weeks, after we already waited two weeks.
