@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

@virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

@virginmedia Time to cancel before the march hike. You have to laugh at the business model. I just got a car insurance renewal and the price has gone down which make good business sense to keep customers but at virgin no they put them up so can get a bonus and pay rise.

So spending 2.5 hours on webchat with @virginmedia isn't enough to cancel a service. I now have to sit on the phone and listen to music from the end of a copper pipe. Oh and I still don't want a discount of £3.25 for 6 months.
