Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

I’d suggest never using @virginmedia you complain to the which I have done 10 times in the last year you put to contact you via email the call you anyway but don’t give you a number to call them back on they give you a shocking resolution response and you can’t even dispute it
