-
Justine (@Just_Woodbridge) reported from Wellingborough, England@virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.
-
Mike Epps 🇬🇧🇳🇿 (@EppsRacer) reported from Northamptonshire, England@virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

Let's get back to normal #KBF (@TMITV19) reported from Bedford, England@virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours.
