The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

So, nothing has been resolved.

DM supposedly to identify a customer may in fact be phishing for personal details. If @virginmedia cared they would report such accounts, get them closed down.
