@virginmedia Grrrrrrr! So frustrating, I've had a new broadband hub for a month or so now because of issues with WiFi and now have spent the best part of my morning sorting WiFi issues, and now still no WiFi...... I've got better things to do. #Annoying

@guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

@nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

So I pay for 200Mb internet through @virginmedia, which for seven months has proved entirely sufficient for my needs. Two days ago my partner received a call from @virginmedia about increasing our speed to 300Mb. He turned it down. Any coincidence our speed is now 144Mb??

@virginmedia hi I am terribly frustrated with your intermittent broadband service. I invested in a Tp Mesh network at £180, and I now I realise it’s the signal coming in that is the issue. My neighbours also have the same issues. I would like some compensation.

@virginmedia There are no reported service issues today, no. I've tried unplugging everything, disconnecting all the wireless devices etc. I suspect it's an issue with the Hub 4 (that's the only thing which has changed at my end, was hub 3 before switch)

@virginmedia Using Outlook on desktop and tablet as before the problem again now. It would be nice to be able to change the password from the one provided with the reset - not to mention having some idea of why it needed resetting; was it a technical issue or due to attempts to gain access?
