    @JoshPainter1998 @virginmedia Yeah, I’ve had intermittent packet loss / instability issues for weeks now. Affects my esports gaming which is on live television, great advert for them. Have had five deadlines now for when their loca work will be finished and problems sorted. Literally baffled.

    @mcintyrejack @iRacing @virginmedia Haven’t tried a router, with all the convo with VM about this potentially being fixed soon and me not wanting to blow money on one. Plus the issue seems to come and go so I’m not sure if it would be a constant issue with a router or not.

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @RogerProtzBeer @virginmedia This is totally unacceptable. When resolved ask for compensation for loss of service, inconvenience & your time. Keep records. Raise an official complaint following their process. If unhappy with their response complain to CISA, their ombudsman. Consider switching. Good luck!

    @virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

    @virginmedia on a 200mbps download package and I’m averaging 9mbps this morning! I understand there might be heavier traffic at the moment, but we can’t do any work from home with such poor service!! #stayconnected I would if I could!!

    @virginmedia This is a recurring problem for the last 6 weeks. I just did your service checker says there is no problem (there never is) the test says "sorry we can't run a test on your services right now". This is on device that has a wired connection to the hub. I haven't checked the TV.

    @virginmedia I requested to speak to a manager but he refused to.put me through to one, I asked for an engineer but each department refused to book one, here we arestill going over the same stuff while I pay a lot of money for part of which doesn't work properly
