@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia Thanks KT. Unfortunately it’s still not working and I have tried the online service checker and the number, it says no faults. Is the internet problem linked to the on demand problem? I’ve been out at work for 12 hours so it’s been like this all day :(

@virginmedia why is it impossible to get to speak to an actual human being? We've been trying to get through to cancel our landline for months and get nowhere. Led round in circles until eventually the call cuts off. Can anyone help?

@virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

@virginmedia Thank you. It came back on yesterday AM but was out since Thurs PM. It was always flashing green and early Sat after running a test it said it was a network issue. I was luckily not working at home on Fri. It was difficult to find out if it was me or the network for a long time.

@virginmedia Yes, there is a fault in the network that appears to be affecting my area. It's been an active incident since 20/10/2022 Expected ETA to mitigation, 24hrs. I'd recommend customers affected call Virgin once this is resolved for bill adjustment (Ops loss).

@virginmedia I think it’s fair to say the link isn’t reliable bc when my wifi went down, over an hour and a half ago, it said the area was perfectly fine. So I suppose something is wrong, isn’t it? Regardless, it’s finally working now… one hour and a half later.

@virginmedia our street has had intermittent broadband for the last 13 days - no one on the faults team is acknowledging it as a street issue, they keep sending technicians to the houses, but it isn't resolved. And now someone just hung up on me. Please help. We need to work!
