    @virginmedia That is a joke - as I want to take @virginmedia with me - so are you saying I should be choosing a house based on virgin media’s’ service ??? it’s not my fault you don’t service the area.... why am I being penalised ? You are breaking the contract by not providing the service.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia Internet down again in NN5. There is no issue with the equipment or set up. What is the issue locally? Goes down about 8-10 times for 30 mins or so every day. Please can you respond ASAP.

    @virginmedia on a 200mbps download package and I’m averaging 9mbps this morning! I understand there might be heavier traffic at the moment, but we can’t do any work from home with such poor service!! #stayconnected I would if I could!!

    @virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    I'll be glad to leave @virginmedia superfast nothing most of the time! 'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

    @virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

    @pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

    @mobily_uk @virginmedia I renewed recently with a few clicks online cause I had to replace my Tivo box for a TV 360 box. I was out of contract and paid £104 for 2 months, new bill for same service is now £64, less than what I was paying in contract. After 12 months it goes up to £69.

    @virginmedia I need some help. I have had an O2 SIM card tagged onto my WiFi account. I never wanted this but I was told that I could just throw this away and not use it. I am now being charged £7.50 per month for absolutely nothing. Can you please advise on how I deal with this?

    Virgin Media charge different prices for the Internet packages dependent on your willingness to negotiate. M350 package prices range from £29 to £66 a month. Today they told me they don’t accept blue light discount, which they 100% do. Don’t get angry, hang up, try again.
