  @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

  @virginmedia On your website the only way to verify if those details are correct is by “contacting our Customer Care team”, which is hours of waiting and often only to get cut off before I talk to someone. You guys are literally unbelievable.

  A man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital following a shooting incident in Limerick. The incident happened at a residence on Hyde Avenue in Ballinacurra Weston at around 4.30pm yesterday. A man in his 60s was taken to University Hospital Limerick to be treated for serious injuries.   @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Not disputing experiences with @virginmedia but we've been lucky; broadband was poor - upgrade FOC, don't use landline since it went VoIP - charge removed, cancelled TiVO - accepted my reasons, canx TV, upgrade BB, sent box to return set top - all went through no problems
