    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

    So unbelievably fed up of @virginmedia broadband that constantly drops out. I pay almost £100 a month for packages that are just useless if the connection goes down. Can't work from home or teach remotely under these conditions.

    @virginmedia Internet down again in NN5. There is no issue with the equipment or set up. What is the issue locally? Goes down about 8-10 times for 30 mins or so every day. Please can you respond ASAP.

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia I need to lower my broadband speed as im moving and Virgin isnt in the area i'm moving to but my parents need to retain it. I tried calling but call centres are closed and theres no obvious to do it on the app. Any help!

    @virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

    @virginmedia Hi, I’ve just spoken to one of your advisors who didn’t know the answer. They said they will call me back tomorrow. They implied that I need to transfer my O2 service to VM to get the volt benefits. O2 obviously don’t as they have completed their side. Really unhappy!

    @virginmedia I raised it with the rude gentleman today. Who proceeded to patronise me the whole time we spoke. I have the name of the agent who told me there wouldnt be a charge but the gentleman today didn't want to know. I were directed to ring customer care before getting hung up on.
