@virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

@nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

@virginmedia I’ve been charged £7.55 on my phone bill for phoning your customer service department. I’m really shocked to see this and a bit angry. I shouldn’t be charged because of the length of time you took to answer. I tried a 3 hour “on line” chat and got nowhere.

@virginmedia Hi. I’ve had outages all week and now have no internet at all. I cancelled an engineer visit tomorrow as yesterday’s outage was an area issue. I’ve now used all my tests for the day, as it’s been so intermittent, so can’t book an engineer visit. How can I book?
