@virginmedia our box has been next to useless for 10 days now - won’t connect, when it does its slow, work from home a nightmare and tonight we can’t watch tv. Keep opening chats on web and WhatsApp - no one gets back to me. No issue with postcode we’ve reset the hub but nothing.

@virginmedia second outage of broadband in as many days in Rugby. Just closed an account - with never any problems and a new one now in my name I've had 2 outages within a week! What is going on? I'm stuck at home with after effects of covid and rely on b/band to watch TV!

@PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

Heads up folks who have their Netflix account as part as their main Internet provider package you may have to sign back up for it to continue using your service had to today very annoying and inconvenient to say the least 🙄 it seems that virgin media is doing this

@virginmedia My entire service has been out since Tuesday, earliest an engineer can get here is next Monday. I work from home and can't do anything until then. Phone line was no help at all. Neighbour's BT connection has been fixed already. Absolutely ridiculous.

@virginmedia Came on earlier for 2 minutes. Now back on. We’ve had our own problems for months constantly dropping out. Husband has just requested 360. If problems persist with 360 we will be changing to a different provider.

@virginmedia The matter was never resolved. We were given a date for the repair of 7th Sept (no broadband since 10th Aug). It was far too long for us to be expected to wait so we switched providers. Told Virgin we were doing so. Still no refund, still being billed!!!

@thishybridlife @virginmedia I can actually say BT is really good and loada of companies ee vodafone sky use BT you should change you would be so much better off and for you not having signal in certain places the engineer should of extended the wifi box so the signal isnt weak in other areas

@ijjeeezy @virginmedia Honestly, they are terrible! It's all the time! I'm forever having to use my data, because the internet is down. And in my house the internet is patchy in the kitchen and in other places, I have wifi extenders but it's still sh*t. It's super frustrating.
