@virginmedia No known faults - this is a common problem since Virgin took over the contract. Told on the day that the connection in the exchange they had to use was intermittent faulty and it has never been changed. Just fed up of being left on hold, and they can’t call back!

@virginmedia does anybody actually handle cancellation calls? I’ve now been charge £63+ the cost of 3 calls and over an hour of my life to try and stop you charging me for a service I cancelled at the start of April. Currently been sat on hold 30 mins. Joke.
