This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

It worked first time. Copper lines being phased out in favour of VoIP.

They took 3 weeks to restore our connection, promised us compensation (promises we were able to obtain a recording of), refused to pay that compensation and then fought us every step of the way.
