@virginmedia my partner is main carer for his 86 year old dad & lives with him in lockdown. They have not had telly since Friday evening DVR serious problem. His dad relies on the telly. They have tried to phone you and go online, but no help. PLEASE SORT!

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@JoshPainter1998 @virginmedia Yeah, I’ve had intermittent packet loss / instability issues for weeks now. Affects my esports gaming which is on live television, great advert for them. Have had five deadlines now for when their loca work will be finished and problems sorted. Literally baffled.

@virginmedia @ofcom, virgin media have Unauthorised taken £280 from a disabled customers bank account, me, when a payment of £159 was already paid to them. The bill should have been £120. Please help this is mentally distressing

@CarnitorPrime @MKanto141 @virginmedia It took me taking them to the Ombudsman to get them to fix their shite. Sadly, you have to go through their complaints procedure first and once you have a "Final Response" you can then pursue it further with them. (P.S. I had the same issue and they refunded 50% of paid funds)
