    @virginmedia what the **** is going on in Corby !Your system keeps failing!! Are you going to give us a refund for every day a so called cable uninterrupted system fails ?? Sky is looking much better after the 20th time in 2 years that Virgin has failed !! Not worth recommending

    @virginmedia Internet down again in NN5. There is no issue with the equipment or set up. What is the issue locally? Goes down about 8-10 times for 30 mins or so every day. Please can you respond ASAP.

    @virginmedia On your website the only way to verify if those details are correct is by “contacting our Customer Care team”, which is hours of waiting and often only to get cut off before I talk to someone. You guys are literally unbelievable.

    @virginmedia Yes I did, just this morning. The system diagnosed a fault and asked me to reset my router. I did and it started working again (as it always does tbh) and has since gone down again. I would like to know how to book an Engineer to call please ASAP! Thanks

    @virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

    @virginmedia @virginhelp The problem is with getting through on the phone or live chat. It’s very easy to add or upgrade services but god help you if you want to remove any services or leave. I was on hold for over two hours last night only to be cut off. I’ve been connected to live chat since 17:43 0901

    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

    @virginmedia Hi, as a family, all 4 of us are having problems with the mobile network. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

    @ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

    @virginmedia Then be open and transparent in your process. I'm not asking someone to wave a wand and get the service back where it is broken, I just want someone to be honest with the expectation - and your "update" system is set up to mislead, intentionally or otherwise.

    @virginmedia Everyone says they'd "love to help" or they do "understand" whereas in reality no one cares in the slightest. Ever heard of "reasonable adjustments" or "going the extra mile? Clearly not. Furious and disappointed with your service and attitude.

    Just as a reminder, yesterday I devoted three unpleasant hours to trying to cancel the Virgin Media service to an address where I no longer live. Don't sign up for broadband with @VirginMedia unless you want the same experience.

    @virginmedia The service page is nonsense and I suspect that is known. Everyday since last Wednesday it starts saying will be fixed by 10:00, that moves to 16:00 which moves to 20:00 before changing to 10:00 tomorrow. A pattern repeated for 6 days evidences lack of honesty in the process.

    @virginmedia They've been to our house 20 times. And given us 12 modems. They know the issue and claim their hands are tied cause they're only allowed to touch so much. And I believe them. This isn't a front line tech issue. Feel free to DM me and I'll give you our acct# and my phone.

    @virginmedia I have been told that there is nothing wrong their end and to wait for the equipment to adjust. I have paid for a service that I am not getting. Router just keeps flashing with no internet. I have lost work over this and can’t believe the awful service

    When you move house and book a move with @virginmedia to move your services and they fail to@book and organise it right to find out today they have moved your install till April. @virginmedia customer service and installation teams is terrible.
