    @StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

    @virginmedia Hi virgin just rang the phone number you have gave us to call but we went through using the key pad and then all you said was we will send a text message with way to fix which don’t work.

    @virginmedia Hi yes I’ve check all cables are in correct and I’ve turn off from socket and removed plug then put back the plug after 30 seconds but it didn’t help it still turn itself off twice after doing it.

    @virginmedia So @virginmedia my contract has finally been resolved. 3 hours of phone calls in 24-hrs (including phone being cut off 3 times) 6 hours of WhatsApp Failure to honour contract offers. Shambles of a company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. #virginmedia #fail

    @virginmedia @virginmedia My husband adjusted our VM package to include an extra V6 box in a bedroom. Engineer booked in 6 weeks ago. Turned up last week without the box. He said he'd call back 3 days later to install. He didn't turn up. We've phoned your customer services over

    @virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

    @virginmedia why do I only get a notice saying channel failed when I watch sky sports channel live, I can watch any other channel you provide me and don’t have a issue. I have done everything that you tell me to do but it still keeps happening.

    @virginmedia Yes, many times. I try to explain the issue (also confirmed the issue with outside sources) but nobody at VM wants to listen or raise the issue, so we are looking to soon to be leaving when we can get another provider set up. It must be a known issue, it just costs money to fix..

    @virginmedia Yes please. Fed up with it, changed to you in November and suffering WiFi cutting and TV buffeting for £47 a month ever since. Impossible to get any proper help by phone and got nowhere with your bot. Yesterday through the app it repeatedly told us it was rebooting router.

    @virginmedia No, still can't get a connection using either Virgin Lamdline or Virgin Mobile, I simply get a busy signal but the line is not in use as confirmed by the party I'm trying to call - he can call me! I can get through using O2 but that's way too expensive. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia John sadly this doesn’t help me much as directs to log in which I can’t as it tells me the details are incorrect. I’m now 40 mins on hold. Think we are approaching refund territory as I’m not receiving the service I’m paying For. Today it doesn’t work at all.

    @virginmedia I appreciate your empathy, but why ask if there's anything you can do to help, when realistically, there's nothing you're able to do? I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but you're just 'going through the motions'. I'll get this resolved, but you don't make it easy for customers
