    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

    @virginmedia I recently called up to renegotiate my contract which had increased from £36 to £61 pm. The best deal I was offered was £45 pm where new customers are being offered the same service for £31pm. Why are existing loyal customers (10 years+) treated so poorly?

    @virginmedia This is awful. AWFUL. So much for having a specialist bereavement team etc etc. We're navigating hospital investigations and Coroner's reports and in between that, DAILY harassment from a telecoms provider over a bit of plastic they want back.
