@virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

@virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

@virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

@virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia Your server status is in my bookmarks but regularly it tells me there is no issues when I have no connection at all. Rebooting the hub most days still and your booster is back in the box for all the good it did, I was told I would get a call to see how good it was, still waiting!

@virginmedia they came to pull the cables damaged the ground and pissed off never said why, then 3 appointments got cancelled, then after a month I got told that they damaged the ground outside, now 2 months later I still don't have my own cables and I'm sick of waiting to be contacted

@virginmedia WiFi. The WiFi works for weeks and then stops randomly throughout the day. does that for a few days then no issues again. Then repeats. I’ve just had to wire up as much as I can. Can’t do anything about it just now as no one is coming into my house during Covid as high risk.
