    @virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

    @virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp absolutely god awful and shocking service from yourselves. Promised 108Mbps download speed, never gone more than 35mbps. Called to complain repeatedly, constantly told I am not a customer, with no account!!! Furious is an understatement.

    @virginmedia Agent asked to explain what complaint was about so can give details.I listed the points and after over 2 hours i had to go as losing will to live!As i said agent must have closed the complaint to cover up their dodgy sales tactics and no resolution as to how call charge occurred

    The only difference I’ve noticed since 💉booster is that Broadband is now super fast (@virginmedia notice) and that my iPhone 6 is now connecting on 5G network (@VodafoneUK pay attention) . #GetBoostedNow
