    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

    @virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia Please explain why you give preferential rates to new customers and are do not allow existing customers to benefit from these? My “package” is due to increase to £45pm yet if I was a new customer it would be £39pm. Maybe ask Rachel Barrass who’s email informed me of this.

    I cancelled my Virgin Media effective next month, and had some harsh words for their dire customer service while doing so. Ever since, my Virgin TV has been stuttering and glitching constantly in a way it's never done in my previous ~4 years of owning.

    @virginmedia I raised a complaint over the phone, so have not completed a form. Initially I was told I would receive a call back in 5 days, then I called up again & was told 7 days & that I would have met my 7th day the following day. Still no one has called and I’m still waiting! It’s a joke
