The single-vehicle incident happened on Battery Road in Longford Town at around 10.40pm last night. He was taken to Regional Hospital Mullingar with serious injuries. Virgin Media News (@VirginMediaNews) reportedA man in his 40s has died after being struck by his van near Luke’s Bridge in Gortnaleck, Grange, Co Sligo. The collision happened at around 3.55pm yesterday (Saturday). Gardaí said the incident involved “a van and a pedestrian, the owner of the vehicle”. Is it still supposed to be a ‘rights’ issue ????
